Dec 7, 2019: Service call to assess older unit, top oven not heating. Determined problem in digital circuit board. Suggested replacing broken part in board (relay?). Paid $100 (cash) $85 service + $15 towards the parts quoted at $175. Dec 9: Installed serviced circuit board with new relays.
Paid $245 (check) for $175 of parts, plus $85 service fee.

While remounting oven, the glass on the bottom door was accidentally broken.
Note, bottom oven was functional but now missing door and unusable.
They offered to replace glass at their expense and took the door.

Dec 9-15:
Repair appeared to work on 1st use. 2nd time using oven it broke again (less than one week after repair).

Dec 19:
Service call to assess new issues.
Took circuit board with them for analysis.
Still had not returned/replaced the broken oven door. Informed us they were waiting on the replacement glass.

Were supposed to come Dec 22 but called to explain new issues. After heated exchange, claimed something we did may have caused the failure (note we only used it 1.5 times in the 6 days since repair and it worked for nearly 20 years before that). We asked for money back and they initially refused.

Jan 3, 2020:
Contacted by *** who informed us she would bring oven parts back to us on Jan 15.
Also offered to pay $87.50 (half the cost of the parts).

Jan 15:
*** did not come on Jan 15, and did not return phone call or provide any explanation.

As of Jan 31:
Top oven still not functional. Bottom oven was working but not usable because we do not have a door.

Can not get a 2nd opinion by another service because they took the parts and have not given them back.

Additional calls were made on January 21 and January 30 in an attempt to retrieve our property
(the oven door and circuit board including $175 of parts we paid for still in their possession).

To date (Jan 31) they do not answer the phone and have not returned any calls.
We have had no contact with them since Jan 3.
