customer called and stated she was missing the pull on the zipper for cry/sil. Also wants to check if CAB 20x12 zipper is in stock for store credit use. [redacted] 11/30/2016
12/9 customer called very upset. This issue hasn't been resolved for her as yet. Need to cancel the above gift cert. Ship her another rhinestone zipper (that has a pull on it) and she wants a CAM 20x12 zipper shipped to her as well. Customer wants there items no later than next week. **

They refunded all the money which was more than expected but given all the contacting I had to do I appreciate them taking that into consideration. I am satisfied with the outcome.
