I bought a yoga mat on the LAXCI website. The website looks legitimate. I ordered my product for 44.45 on 4/20/2020. I was notified on 4/21/2020 my product was shipped with a tracking number. There are still no location details. I have filed a claim with the USPS trying to track down my package. I emailed ***@laxci.com on 4/27/2020 reaching out to them to let them know the tracking number is not working and I'm not able to see where my package is. I still have not gotten a response from this company. At this point, I feel like I have been scammed out of 44.45 dollars. There is no contact number to call and my email has gone unanswered. Please help me because I don't have my money or the product I paid for. At this point I just want a refund but I can't even reach anyone in this company to pursue a refund.

Billing Adjustment At this point I just want a refund for 44.45 via paypal (which is how I paid for the item) and forget the item that has never arrived with a bogus tracking number. I no longer want this product and this company is a sham and scamming customers.

In addition, we replied to her 2nd email and inform e about the tracking shipment.
We are running a serious business and we are trying everyday to support my customers. Due to COVID-19, shipment is delayed; therefore, package can arrive later than expected.
