Mr Tucker called our office today and advised that he had instructed consumer that the work needed a sealer applied That was not done and the reason for the peeling He has indicated that he was not ignoring the customer, but very busy and will get back to take care of as soon as
possible He will charge for materials needed, but labor will be at no cost

The work was sealed as contractor requested (see two attached photos of sealer used and notation). Contractor guaranteed his work unconditionally, which means that I should not have to pay for any materials or labor. He has been promising to repair the work for four months and as of yet has not shown up to do the repairs. In his response to this complaint, he did not indicate when he would return.?
