As stated before - she was NOT the one who did my hair as she claims - it was ***Bottom line, I would like a refund for the services I paid for and am 200% not satisfied withNot to mention, what highlights did come out...only lasted about weeks before it faded all out

when she came in ,I also was there the second time when she came back and even
talk to her on the phone before she came in

to consumers complaint I can confirm that the conversation that I referenced
in my original response did in fact take place

Thank you for your inquiry regarding services rendered February 14
2014 at Great Salon .I am the stylist who performed the cut and color
services on the above-referenced clients . I have over 20 years of experience
as a licensed cosmetologist .I take pride in my work and never underestimate
its importance .I believe it is essential to take the time to listen to my
clients before beginning any work. To that end , Ms [redacted] and I had a
consultation first to discuss her expectations , the condition of her hair ,
and the services to be performed.
At that time I immediately noted that she had
extensive gray hair .The gray hairs were shorter , more wiry and therefore
distinctly visible against her long ,dark brown hair , it was also evident that
she had previously color-treated hair that had started to grow out . However
,SHE REQUESTED ONLY PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS AND A CUT industry standard is to
apply a base color all over the head,and then highlights .That was my
recommendation .
She Declined The All-Over Color and said she would "
take care of it latter".She said she wanted only partial highlights and a haircut
at that particular time .I explained to her that she would have visible gray .
But she insisted that she wanted to proceed with only partial highlights and a
cut . As a courtesy I colored her edges dark brown to cover the gray .and gray
cannot be covered with partial highlights.
As I was methodically weaving the hair to prepare to
foil, I told Ms [redacted] that I was picking up all the gray I could .I want to
make sure that she that she understood that in order to cover the gray , she
would need all- over color .She said it was okay,she was most concerned about
the highlights , with respect to the "dome" or hair dryer ,that she
mention - it was simply not necessary as the color was lifting adequately .
She was satisfied with the highlight color that she had
selected . She was satisfied with the haircut .She walked to the reception desk
to settle her bill, and she seemed to leave satisfied customer .
As a stylist ,I didn`t confer on the price she was charged
for her services , she had settled that with the front desk before she arrived
at my work station .
From what I can glean , her bill included charges for a cut
and partial highlight . She was offered all-over color .She declined all-over
color .She was not charged for all-over color.And she did not pay for all -over
color .
At Great Salon we strive to help clients achieve the
look they desire , and we value all of our customers.Thanks again
