I have never see a flat room in such bad shape we replaced the whole ???? of roof 75 sheets of plywood and small pieces everything was fixed. In 2012 was call back in 2013 found aluminum around window on top of flat had been blown apart water...

leaking in through window down siding fixed for no charge. Also went out with other contractor found water going in siding from upper level and down???? Fixed siding on upper level siding non charge. The only problem she has is she says I have ????? been there numerous time when raining no leak has been there dry took buckets of water put on flat no leak water is coming down siding on rake she doesn't believe me she is out of warranty.
I'm done She want her complete amount paid back. I've been there at least 10 times.

FACT #1...Roof was not leaking inside garage when he was hired. It should not matter what condition the roof was in. He was hired to install a roof. If he did everything he he says he did in his response, then there's no reason for it to leak unless he's not that great of a roofer or his workers aren't. He should not criticize condition of roof.
FACT #2...I saw everything they did from my bedroom window. Plywood was used on edges of garage. When that was completed, they rolled out black material which was either nailed or stapled on the roof. The only thing I wasn't there for was when they used the torch. I was at work that day.
FACT #3...He never mentioned that he came out with another contractor. He would come out with someone, but never said who that person was. I assumed it was one of his workers. I would like to know who the contractor was.
FACT #4...He mentions that he fixed siding on upper level. I don't know exactly what he's talking about. The garage has no upper level. I do know that he did a tacky job on the siding, downspouts, and trim.
FACT #5...Everytime he came out, I showed him where the leak was inside the garage (never the same spot). He did see the leak. I asked if I needed to be home when he came back out and he said no, because he know where the leak was. So, if he says he's been out and poured buckets of water and there's no leak, how would he know there's no leak if he isn't inside the garage to see? He always leaves a card saying "should be ok". Well, it's not! I called him on March 4th, 2015 and again on April 9th, 2015. He has neither returned my calls nor come out. Does that sound professional? On October 11th, 2015 will be four years since the roof was installed.
FACT #6...Warranty will be up on October 11th, 2016. I paid him in full on October 11th, 2011. Warranty period is as follows:
08/11/2011 to 08/11/2012 1 year
08/11/2012 to 08/11/2013 2 years
08/11/2013 to 08/11/2014 3 years
08/11/2014 to 08/11/2015 4 years
08/11/2015 to 08/11/2016 5 years
Warranty is guaranteed for 5 years as indicated in proposal.
Aside from all of this, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed in his response. The response was not on official business letterhead, it was hand written, there were words that I could not decipher, grammar was poor, spelling was poor, letter formation was poor and capitalization/punctuation was poor. Is this a reflection of the business?
