Review: I purchased two chairs ladderback fold chair cherry in April **, 2014. One of the chairs the wood started to crack so I called up in October of last year to see what could be done. I was told I could send it back. I ordered two new chairs at the time because I really liked the set. A problem was noted when opening the two new chairs I ordered in October, one of them was broken so I spoke to a customer representative named [redacted]. He said I could keep the broken one and get 25.00 credit. He said after I refused the 25.00 to send back the original cracked one and the newly discovered broken one and I would get new ones. I sent both in with a label they provided. It took four weeks in total to receive my shipment and instead of two new chairs I got refurbished chairs and one had a crack in the upper ladderback portion.

+Desired Settlement: I would like two new chairs and not refurbuished models of the chairs.

If they are not available to be replaced then a refund. Each chair cost 75.00 each so at least $150.00 refund with taxes and delivery charge.
