his and his wives pay check stubsAfter several weeks of trying to get *** to bring in her pay check stubs she finally brought them in and they did not verify what she had stated on her applicationAfter several weeks of trying to overcome this objection to the bank we contacted the ***s to have them bring in bank statements hoping to be able to show the bank all the income stated on the applicationAfter speaking to *** she became belligerent and vulgar with all the staff members here at the dealershipShe wasn't even close to being niceshe used the F word more in minutes than I've heard in my intire lifeNot only did she use profanity at an expert levelshe belittled anyone that tried to help resolve her issuesWe came to the conclusion that she had lied on her credit application and we didn't want to do business with someone that has such a lack of decency for another human beingHer phone calls and rants all over the internet show what kind of person she really isAs for this claimas of last week we unwound her car deal and took our car backOn the contract she is responsible for miles and damage done to the vehicle while it was in her possessionWe are keeping her down payment of to put towards the 2,miles she put on the car and for the other key she refuses to bring usWe have a signed credit application from *** and *** so yes we did submit it to other lenders to try and obtain a approval but to no availAs far as the inquiresWe had the ***s approval to pull credit and submit it to any lender we thought would buy their contractThe inquiries were obtained legally and I cannot have them removedSorry to *** he is a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with

I am rejecting this response because: My bank, usaa, would not finance the car no more than what is on the invoice, I wanted to return the car, but they explained to me it was against the lawI find it funny he doesn't remember the discussion we had but he is reiterating the details of the so said phone callIt was on the same day I dropped a $payment because the bank, usaa, still said the loan was too much I received the dummy key from Amazon I was referred to the parts and service department and with out a glance, they said no to cutting the key, didn't even offer calling a automotive locksmith to come out and try, so I had to drive to a nissiam dealership to find out it was $with my amazon parts, called Layton Hills to see what they will do, and blew me off, when I suggested returning the car they said they'll call me backThey waited till close to call me back, but the sales person told me there is nothing they will do, and I explained the Revdex.com will be involvedI want my key cut and programed for my car, I have the parts collecting dust

have found. Mr [redacted] purchased a USED car form us on 06/19/2017 He was to obtain his own financing. His credit did not allow for him to purchase the car for the amount he had agreed to pay. We discounted the car another 500.00 (that would have bought 5 keys) so that Mr [redacted] could get his financing approved. It is a used car and we only received one key from the previous owner. Mr [redacted] was aware of this. We suggested he could order a key on Amazon but at no time did we promise him we would pay for it. He ordered the key and found out he had to have it programed from Nissan. Mr [redacted] wanted us to pay to program the key. At no time did we promise to buy or pay for the programming of a key. We discounted the car to help him obtain his financing... I think the least Mr [redacted] could do is pay to have his own key programed after we discounted the car to help him.
