Layton Meadows Apartments

I'm a disabled woman and just moved in told them I knew that the fridge was braking and wanted them 2 give me a new 1 they say 2 wait till it doesn't work at all what . I have talked 2 people who live here and they tell me it takes them forever sometimes never happens. I want it fixed now . I had 2 bomb it myself and do other stuff I asked for a copy of the mold report they refused if it's not here why not give me a copy.

This place told us that I was approved with just deposit of 450 and first month free. After I gave deposit they told us we had to pay 680 more to move in. They where not honest people here and don’t recommend moving here.

I applied for an apartment at Layton meadows, had the money written out in my name. And had asked if I would get the $249 put down for the first month rent back if I didn’t take the apartment and I was told I would.
However I wasn’t even informed if I passed the background/credit check within 24 hours but after I told them I couldn’t take the apartment they refused to give it back as well they sent all the information including the check information that was under my name to someone else. And said I had 24 hours from the time I gave them the check to get it back. But they didn’t tell me this before, the manager wouldn’t listen, and they messed up on giving my information to someone else and did nothing about it. Luckily the person they sent it to was my potential roommate still it shouldn’t have been sent to her and I should have been informed of the 24 hour thing. Even if I was informed though I wouldn’t have been able to get the check back within that time. And they refuse to cooperate or work it out with me and even tried avoiding me.
