I had a horrible experience with this diamond taxi and will never use this service again- I was sharing a cab from the barI asked the cab driver to drop me off at my destination firstConsidering the group of people I was sharing the cab with were headed minutes out of town, I assumed it would make more senseI gave the driver my address upon entering the cab and asked him to drop me off firstYet he proceeded to get on the highway to drop the group of people offI told him he was going the wrong way, but he insisted I was too late at asking him to get dropped off first (even though I ask to be dropped off first upon entering the cab)He said he will drop me off after he drops them offConsidering I had no other option, I had to pay the very expensive cab ride back home It is obvious to assume that he just wanted to make extra money by ignoring me and chosing to drop me off afterI strongly do not recommend this cab company due to this experience
We bought a [redacted] toy hauler from layzee acres. On the sales side we dealt with Kevin & Thomas, amazing deal, super friendly & helpful bunch. The day we pick up the trailer Ed was our "tour guide" for the trailer, very knowledgeable & helpful. There was a few items missing (manufacturer slow to deliver) Heather from service kept is in the loop at all times. Went back today to get final parts etc installed. Still can't believe what amazing service we received from Kim & the service techs! I would definitely recommend Layzee Acres to anyone looking for a trailer and/or service. Thanks again for everything!
We bought a trailer from Layzee Acres in Sep. 2013. Upon placing the trailer on our campsite we realized there was a big leak in the bathroom door, with water pouring and soaking multiple towels. Upon notifying Layzee acres, they sent a technician. He re-caulked the outside door frame. He did not test the door with water to see if that was the problem. He was the there for a maximum of 15 mins. This was not where the leak was. The sent a technician again. Who re-caulked the kitchen and bathroom window. No water test. The leak was not repaired. We ended up buying a cover for $575. to make sure there was not further damage to our brand new trailer as this problem was not being resolved. We bought new weather stripping hoping this would help. It did not. One year later they sent another techinician. My husband took the day off work, to make sure that the problem got fixed this time. The 3rd, technician caulked a screw in the frame of the outdoor kitchen...still not fixed
