However, that is only a partial resolution as the card associated with Premier Parker ID *** was also charged $With the credit, We have still paid the charge of $on different cards

We directly contacted the customer regarding this matter and credit the 10% back to the customer's account. We plan to speak out representatives to ensure that they are aware of  all policies and procedures regarding coupons.

$36.88 to the customer's account ending in [redacted] which will update withing  2-3 business days. The customer is not justified for an entire refund due to the fact the service was performed and no additional charges were made after her prepaid reservation.  The receipt shows an AR balance which indicates that transferring of funds from the  prepaid reservation.

I used the economy valet parking in 3/31-4/9/18. I have never used this parking garage before. When I was researching who to use I chose Laz Fly because they also offered detailing to my car while it was there. I was particularly interested in this as I had a funeral service to attend the day I flew back into Bradley. I used the website to prepay for the parking and detail service. It was a total of 9 days my car was going to be there. The website did not offer me any options in which day and time I wanted to have my car detailed, it was not like I was only leaving it for a day so there was no rush to get it done.
I called on Friday 4/6/18 to confirm that it was being done and they said yes.
When I picked up my car at 1:30 am on the morning of 4/9 they said they did not due the detailing due to me not specifying when I wanted it done. They offered me to return later in the day to have the car detailed but living over 2 hours away it was not an option. They could of easily looked at the paper work and planned accordingly. Due to this error I was forced to rent a car and take a chunk out of my morning to find a rental for the funeral services. I did not want family in a dirty car.
I reached out to Ms. Willis in customer service who did promptly refund me for the detail services. I wrote emails stating I was upset and not satisfied and requested a full refund for the parking services as well. I explained having to rent a car and it costing more money .
They asked for the time and number I called from on Friday as well. I have them the possible area codes I called from as I have a NY # but was staying in Fl at the time of the call.
After she contacted a manager they said they were not taking the matter further.
I am beyond upset. If it were any other day I would of just let it roll off my back but due to the circumstances and the additional stress and money it cost I believe they should make right by this.

Review: LazFly has a web coupon for 10% off to be presented at check out. When I presented the Web Coupon on my phone they refused to honor it because it was not printed. They claimed that the coupon stated that it had to be printed. When I showed them the Coupon which clearly did not have that condition on it they continued no to accept it. They also refused to print the Coupon for me.

I also want the practice to stop, I think a "Web" coupon needs to be able to be redeemed in a digital form.

Review: I parked my car at LazFly in their Economy parking. I prepaid for my parking for 12/5/15-12/12/15 in the amount of $65.00 on invoice [redacted]. This was a special that allowed you to park up to 3 months for $65.00. I did not supply a premier parker number but did supply the receipt for the payment. When I returned on 12/12/15, I was handed a receipt for $28.12 (Ticket number [redacted]) which was associated with the website invoice [redacted]. When I asked the employee about the receipt, she stated that the difference between the $65.00 and the 28.12 would be refunded to the card associated with parking card [redacted]. I did not reserve my original reservation with this parking number. or the card associated with it. I explained that the reservation was not made with the card associated with [redacted]. I was told that the refund would be made to the original card. As of today, the $28.12 was charged to the card associated with [redacted], so I have now paid twice for the same parking. Calls have been made by [redacted], the owner of card [redacted] to Customer Service of Laz Fly, with no response to date.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund of $65.00 to the card that originally booked the reservation for [redacted] due to the fact that when I addressed the double billing of services, the employee (Cashier id [redacted]) insisted that I wasn't being charged twice for the services, and that a refund would be processed. The amount of time invested in attempting to resolve this situation, which was immediately brought to the attention of Laz Fly before I even left the premise, is unacceptable. I would never have paid almost $100 for 8 days of parking, so to do so after searching for a deal and to not receive assistance either at the time of the error or in the days following is extremely frustrating.
