It is correct that this location does not yet have the instruction sign posted at the machine and this will be corrected quickly. To note however, the receipt clearly states on the top to display the receipt on dash. We will void the violation...

and correct the lack of a sign at the pay station. We do need the violation number; I do not see it listed in this complaint. I will email [redacted] to get the violation number so we can complete the process. I apologized for the confusion and inconvenience.

I do believe that they should adjust their signage on the property, rather than giving tickets to people who honestly believe that they are not doing anything wrong.

The owner of the parking lot does not want multiple stays on the lot in the visitor spaces as the spirit of those spaces are for building visitors who must briefly visit a tenant of the building. Parking in those spaces on multiple occasions throughout the day is not permitted. Again, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

After a one sided email conversation with the manager I accept that this matter has been resolved. It would have been great if the manager ever emailed me back but I guess that would have been too much effort on his part.
I would also like to add that I find it down right offensive that they say in an email that they are doing this as a 'courtesy' This is an actual quote from the email I received. "Our office has received authorization to dismiss this notice as a courtesy."
They way that they make it sound is that I am in the wrong and that they are only doing this as a courtesy because I went to the Revdex.com. IF they did their jobs right in the first place none of this would have ever happened.
I am disgusted by their customer service and do not understand how they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. This is a company who will do whatever they can to collect more money from people who park in their parking lot.
