Went to the website to get a custom Batman controller that I assumed would be a fairly easy task. Black logo on a white controller. I received a black controller with a Batman logo that was damn near invisible due to the color. After reaching out to them about this issue, they had the nerve to say I took a picture from Twitter/google and pasted it on the webpage from my order

Review: This company advertises itself as one who will modify your gaming controller and send it back to you. We sent them the controller following their directions sent in an email, paid them via paypal and 4 months later have not received our controller back. They do not respond to emails and when we call a message says they are closed no matter what time of day we call.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to send us a brand new controller or money to buy a new one and refund the $38.60 we paid them to modify my son's controller. We would also like the Revdex.com to shut this company/website down as they are obviously a sham business ripping poor kids off and stealing their controllers!

Review: I had ordered a custom controller from LaZa Modz on April 11th, 2014 for a Custom made PS4 controller. I had reviewed and called the company asking questions and they seemed fine. After I had filled out everything and paid for the item of $225.52. I looked to see how long it would take before it got to me. Processing time (not including shipping) is about 4 to 6 weeks. After I had ordered it, a few days later, I called again to see if there was a way I could add something to my order. After not getting any answer or phone calls back from the Company I decided to send an email to them and never received an answer and just decided to let them work and receive my product. After 2 months I still had not received my order and decided to call them a few more times. I proceeded to call them multiple times in the next few days and even left a few messages. I still never received an answer. This is now over 3 months and I can still not get into contact with them nor have I received any kind of info or sign of a reply in any shape or form. I have already paid the money when I ordered the product and have contacted them through multiple websites including their Twitter, Facebook, Email, and by phone.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either send me the product or give me a refund of the money I paid them.

Review: I purchased a custom painted xbox 360 Dragon Ball Z controller from LaZaModz website. This is supposed to be a quality, airbrushed, and professionally painted controller. When I received my controller, there are specs of dust, a bubble in the paint job, and the black(original color) was showing through. I tried contacting the seller and I got one email back stating that "if it was damaged they would open a dispute with the delivery service." When I explained that it was not damaged, but the quality of the paint job was bad, they will not contact me back.I even sent a picture of the controller I purchased as they requested. There website states no refunds for custom painted controllers, but this is clearly not a quality paint job. I paid $127 after shipping and I expect the paint job to be professional. I have even tried contacting them on their facebook page and they took down my comments and reviews of my purchase and blocked me from posting anything else.Desired Settlement: refund of purchase or controller shell that is professionally painted with good quality.

Review: I made a purchase for a custom game controller from a company called lazamodz in december. The guy said it was custom so didnt deliver for over 2 months. I paid with [redacted]. But they say they only warranty the sale for 45 days after purchase. When the controller arrived it was defective. He asked us to ship back. I did 2 months ago and since can't get anyone to answer calls or return the messages left after waiting on hold for minutes only to get the leave message prompt. What can I doDesired Settlement: A refund. This does not appear to be a legitimate business

Review: I am writing to ask LazaModz for a refund for the order I placed on January 17, 2014 for $80.53, Order 2549.

I have not received this order although I have been billed.

I have attempted to contact this business for clarification or explanation as follows:

Request for information- email on March 1, 2014- no reply

2nd request for information- email on March 7, 2014---no reply

3rd request for information- 2 phone calls on 3/11/14—###-###-#### and ###-###-####/message left---no reply

4th request for information---email through Microsoft office, March 13, 2014---no reply

Certified letter sent on March 21, 2014, confirmed delivery on March 25, 2014

After numerous attempts at communication, I have yet to receive any reply from LaZa Modz personnel.

At present, I could not offer a positive review, however, I am still hoping for a positive outcome to this issue/miscommunication.

I am seeking simply a refund of $80.53.Desired Settlement: I am seeking simply a refund of $80.53.
