Great until we were charged $for an hour and a half of labor to install a ceiling fan that WE purchased beforehand at Home Depot! I received a car from the gal who paints for us because her husband had recently started working at Lazer - we will not be repeat customers for certain! Being a business owner - or rather just a hardworking honest person we felt totally cheated ! Will make sure other people do not make the mistake that we did! Glad we have a lot of friends and colleagues

The new dishwasher was here..and the installer said he needed to have a plumber change a connection on a pipe before he could install the dishwasher...the day before Thanksgiving is not when you want to hear your new dishwasher might not be installed unless you can get a plumber here today I called Lazer...and Lyndsay answered the phone, remembered me from our electrician work they did for us..and she said she had someone that could get there this morning yet...in about minutes Chad showed up at the door...he did the job..took maybe minutes..and the dishwasher is installed They were my heroes for the week!

I recently purchased a home with some electrical issues that were a bit extensive (The previous owner through he was an electrician and wired a lot of outlets and switches improperly and overloaded the breaker box) I called Laser Electric and was put in contact with Jerry Jerry came to my house and went through my home with me and made a list of all the deficiencies in my home electrical system outlets with reversed polarity; outlets that needed to be GFCI in my kitchen and attic; improperly wired 3-way switches; an overloaded breaker box, broken outlet, un-grounded prong outlets; and an improperly wired external wire in a spare bedroom that was jerry rigged to a closet fixture I also had some wants: like burying the electrical lines in the walls of some rooms that hadn't been updated in my Victorian and a new outlet and coaxial cable install for my TV I informed Jerry I would probably not be able to have Lazer fix every problem in one sweep due to cost Jerry helped me make a list of all the issues and order them from most important safety fixes to more cosmetic fixes We picked a plan that covered most of the hazards and left the more cosmetic fixes for another day A week later electricians came over and spent a whole day fixing most of the outlets and installing a new outlet for my TV I was very impressed with Lazer because they gave me quote for the job and not by the hour like most electricians; I knew that if we ran into any issues I wouldn't be dinged with extra costs I would recommend them to anyone who has extensive issues and wants them fixed correctly and wants to know the cost beforehand The customer service was awesome!!! I will be using them again in months to tackle the rest of my electrical system that wasn't covered I already have a quote for the work which makes planning the next phase of my electrical overhaul a lot easier expense wise

Jerry was out to our house to do our plan plumbing and electrical maintenance, he was very professional and thorough and very kindWe recommend Lazer to all of our family and friends

Helpful and very professional

I have called Lazer Electric and Plumbing for a toilet problem. Amanda was so friendly on the phone and Maddie was so friendly in person. Maddie explained the work to me, gave me options, and fixed the problem with my toilet. After she was done the bathroom was spotless and the toilet worked great. I have used Lazer Electric before and will use them again.

Friendly folks but I would not recommend this business. I contacted them to replace a leaking water heater pressure relief valve, The employee they send provides an estimate of over $500 including trip charge.I am no plumber but appears to be a relatively simple fix. I question the cost, and ask how long will it take to do the job, and am told around an hour and a half. Still expensive but obviously a more involved job then I thought, so tell him to proceed. He then completes the job in 20 minutes. $500 for 20 minutes of labor, a trip charge, and a $15 part. I asked what happened to an hour and a half? He tells me the job goes more smoothly then he thought. If he gave me an accurate estimate of the time needed to do the job up front, I wouldn't have agreed to him doing the job at the quoted price. Lesson learned. Learn from my mistake.

I have used Lazer twice. They are always on time and have always come the same day or the next day. They leave the area very clean.

We requested a quote on electrical work. The technician, Nick, arrived earlier than scheduled, after we were given the option of an earlier appointment or the original time. He was very friendly and explained various options. After the decision was made for the work to be done, he completed everything in a timely manner. Nick was also very careful to keep our home clean by putting paper booties over his shoes when inside the house.

From my first call for service to the final handshake with Keith everything went very smooth and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Lazer Electric for making it so

I originally called Lazer Electric to repair a kitchen light fixture that seemed to have a short, fix a ceiling fan light and change out an existing hall light fixture. They sent [redacted] and he arrived precisely within the scheduled time frame. He was detail oriented and took the time to assess each request prior to giving me his recommendations and determining the exact amount that I would owe to complete all three tasks. After reviewing my options, I decided that rather than have him fix the kitchen and ceiling fan lights, I wanted to purchase new fixtures for him to install. He understood, and it was no problem. He went ahead and put up the new hall light and agreed to come back within 30 days at no extra charge to complete the rest of the work. Again, he was right on time and took care of the kitchen light first. It made such an improvement! The new ceiling fan light kit I had purchased didn't go nearly as smoothly because one of the parts that attached to the ceiling fan wasn't quite the right size. It took some innovation on his part, but he was able to make it work, and I appreciated the fact that he was not easily frustrated by it. I would have understood if he'd wanted me to find a different kit, but he was up for the challenge and persevered until he got it to fit and work properly. Keith was also very respectful of protecting the areas in which he was working with a drop cloth and even brought a vacuum to clean up any particles that had fallen from the ceiling. It was refreshing to have a technician willing to put in the extra effort required, be so concerned that everything was done correctly and ultimately, that he had pleased the customer!

The technician, Keith, was on-time and pleasant to work with. I appreciated that he clearly explained the pros and cons of several options to meet my need for additional electrical outlets for newly installed sump pumps. He completed the project in a timely and workmanlike manner and I am completely satisfied with the results. The only negative was that I thought the cost was a bit high for the nature and amount of work that needed to be done.
