I ordered a pair of glass a few months ago at the store in the night. After placing my order, I realized that the people there were unprofessional because they didn't measure my pupil distance! The next morning, I went to the store and asked people there to cancel the order. The lady there didn't help me. She let me wait and said it was impossible to cancel the order once it had been placed. I tried to call them and went to the store to let them cancel my order but they just refused and didn't help me with it, which is so ridicules! Now I ask for the refund because I am charged more than 722 bucks and have not received my eyeglass so far. They refused to refund and said it's the store policy. I consider “once the order is placed we will not refund” as a compulsory clause. They know I didn't want the glass at all because I tried so hard to cancel the order after placing it in a few hours. But they just ignored it and still made the glass by force. They sell by force. I would say agai
I went in December for an optical exam and ordering contact lenses The exam and some of the contact lens purchase was covered by insurance A few problems resulting in - I am out $and have received NO promised merchandise two months later:
1) That day, the salesperson was aware that I had to go back home to check my prescription, yet induced me to purchase contact lenses and hand over my credit card right there Despite knowing I had to go back and confirm information before finally committing to any purchase and order of contact lenses, she mentioned NOTHING about a no-refund policy during a minute conversation, and in fact, encouraged me to buy a larger quantity of contact lenses I was unaware of any no-refund policy until much later She charged $to my credit card for boxes of contacts
2) I went home and checked my prescription and determined that I needed only boxes of contacts, not
3) Later on, they said, sorry, no refunds
