Missing property from vehicle after tow.On 11-29-13 Lazer Towing sent driver [redacted] to tow my vehicle to [redacted]. An orange folding knife is now missing from the vehicle. Called Lazer Towing's Horn Lake office 662-393-0262 and was transferred to driver [redacted] who denied taking the folding knife. Desired SettlementSince there is no hope of recovering my stolen property, I am contacting [redacted] corporate office to report the theft, and advise them this business has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com. Business Response Lazer Towing does not have an employee by the name of [redacted] and never has. On 11-29-13 the complaint call the office after the said vehicle had be left at gateway for a period of time. He was talked to and said he did not believe anyone at Lazer had taken his property. He would further check with [redacted] about this matter. He thanked us for our service and complement us on the job we did. Damage to home property which is still awaiting repair 10 months laterIn Dec 2012 [redacted] sent Lazer Towing to collect our Excursion to take it to a repair shop. As they were leaving with my truck on their flat bad. the driver drove off the driveway and crushed the edge of the driveway but also crushed the storm drain under it. It has been 10 months and even after repeated phone calls and promises my driveway is still not repaired.Desired Settlementfix my driveway and storm drain as promised on the day it occurred.

Company charging for storage that was not authorized. And I was not informed I was going to be charged for.Company picked up my vehicle and towed it and at that time I told them I was disabled and could not pay until Friday October XX XXXX. I was told that was fine they would just keep the car until then and I could pay them then. I phoned on Friday the 31st and was rudely told I could not get my vehicle because their credit machine was not working. On Saturday I got the same response Credit machine not working. On Sunday Credit Machine not working. So I went for days that I could have had my vehicle back that they inconvenienced me. I even ask them to take my credit card number and run it when their machine was back up, but they refused. On Monday November 3, 2014 when they are finally able to run my credit card instead of the deal to charge me for my tow, all of a sudden the bill is $350. They are charging me for storage that I knew nothing about and had not authorized. They bring my car back and the front passenger tire is damaged which I have pictures of. The valve stem is slashed. The tow driver who brought the car back put the car half in my drive half in my yard and rudely gave my a recept which is unsigned. I have experienced nothing but rude and uncalled for bad customer service this go around with Lazer Towing. I have used them several times in the past with no problems and even refered them to others. I just do not understand why they have decided to take issue with a good customer.Desired SettlementI want a refund for the poor service I have been put through. And to cover the damage that was caused.
