Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Our MAJOR complaint is not adequately addressed: the rudeness of the owner and her refusing to let us use the pool "after sunset" when there were NO posted hours or mention on the pool signage or in her statements when we checked in that there were any time/light restrictions whatsoever Our complaint is based on that issue specifically; I mentioned the very average rooms and soap issues as asides As previously stated, we were attending a reunion with activities from early morning until early evening Our only time to swim the one night we stayed was after 8:pm I specifically searched for a pool so I could have my daily swim as I have back and knee problems--which are worse when I travel by car--and I know what I need to relieve that pain--lap swimming for to minutes per day We were not allowed to swim long enough to do that In all my travels, I have NEVER been denied the use of the pool within the STATED/WRITTEN time frames THERE WAS NOTHING STATED OR WRITTEN concerning time/lightsThat was THEIR ERROR, not ming The owners of the Lazy B were so rude and uncompromising that I knew there was no reason to try to get recourse from them The woman's attitude and manner were extremely rude and unprofessional; she was not in any way accommodating We were denied the use of the pool, without ANY WRITTEN or STATED hours or restrictions That is the reason for the complaint to Revdex.com.Regards, [redacted] ***
