Customer paid for two put-in/take-out fees on 9/11/16 that includes a return trip back to the campground and customer was advised of the necessity to reach their destination (take-out) prior to 5PM in order that customers could be picked up prior to our closing time of 6PM.  Customer called on...

9/15/16 requesting a full refund and employee responded that she would have to look into the matter and would have to get back in touch with her.  We then called her back on 9/16/16 to try to get her credit number and resolve the issues and customer only wanted to talk about the employee.  We put a check in the mail on 9/16/16 even though customer was three hours late in returning due to personal equipment issue(s).  We refrain from commenting regarding customer's reference or rudeness as it becomes a "she said/he said" matter, but certainly regret any inconvenience or rudeness as was perceived.  Customer requested a refund which we provided in full prior to this filling, even though customer did receive some of the services (put-in fees).
