process you refund this weekWe wish you would have asked to speak with a manager at the time when you were told by our customer service person that you could not be refunded, and we could have resolved it at that point (the refund was processed) In addition, I would like to offer you a $credit (can be used only for laundry, dry cleaning or storage services) for the miscommunication.In regards to the red stain, it would be extremely difficult for us to put a stain on clothing, we do not use pens or any dye in the area, and do not wash customers together, each customers clothing is washed in its own machine, and our wash station is cleaned regularlyAfter speaking with our manager, whom picked up and reviewed the item, we concluded that we could not have done thisWe sincerely apologize that you do not agree with our assesment, and I assure you if it we were uncertain about putting the stain on, we would pay out for it.
