I am rejecting this response because:They swindled me by selling me an unsafe piece of garbage. They also swindled me out of $1297.00 for something called EcoRV Pro. I was told that it was some kind of cleaning process. When my dresser fell apart I showed it to Leonard and I pointed out to him that I paid for the cleaning and showed him that it was not cleaned as promised, he stated "oh, sometimes they miss stuff". I repaired my leveling jack by spraying the hydraulic tube with WD40 and no longer hangs up. All I keep hearing are excuses for why they chose to sell me an RV knowing full well it is an unsafe vehicle that is falling apart. It is difficult to control at high speeds due to the fact that the steering column shakes and squeaks and it is probably out of alignment. I will not drop my complaint against Lazydays RV. My RV is not worth what I paid for it.

Mr. [redacted] bought a used motorhome that have few issues, some of it that was operator issue and we got over that, and last time we have him taking care of, I personally went to talk to him also, and he was very pleased with the situation, and at that time, I even ask him if he would like to take the complaints off from Revdex.com, and he told me he would do so, I guess now Mr. [redacted] is upset because of leveling jacks is acting up, I will have my service manager to give him a call tomorrow and see if he can bring the motorhome by so we can take it look at it, again we are standing by our work, and the motorhome that Mr. [redacted] bought from Lazydays are safe, thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:I am in Southwest Colorado. I have to leave here on Monday for Sturgis South Dakota, so I have no time to bring this piece of garbage back. I have travel plans and they do not include spending my entire summer getting this piece of garbage fixed. I also do not appreciate being blamed for things falling apart on this piece of garbage. I did not cause the leak in the slider, when I called and spoke to Leonard D[redacted] the service manager, he told me to move the slider in when it rained, so I did, and I moved it back out when it stopped. The constant moving in and out of the slider caused it to fall apart. Now I have a.leveling jack that will not extend. This is not exceptable. As I previously stated, I did not purchase this RV to constantly be in the shop for repairs. A mechanic named Jeff claimed he went through it and claimed everything worked. He obviously lied to my face. My complaint against Lazydays RV stands.

This email is in response to Ms. [redacted]'s follow-up response on Thursday, June 15, 2017.Lazydays acknowledges that the black area on the compartment doors incurred small, white scratches and a small gouge, while at the dealership for aforementioned repairs in the [redacted]s initial complaint.Lazydays maintains that the original complaint filed with the Revdex.com has been successfully resolved.  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were asked to inspect the repair work completed on their unit prior to leaving the dealership, which they did do.On Tuesday, June 13, 2017, Mr. [redacted] and Lazydays Service Manager Sarah L[redacted] discussed the issue of repairing the compartment doors, at which time Ms. L[redacted] explained to Mr. [redacted] that she would speak with the Body Shop Manager to determine the extent of repair work needed.  Ms. L[redacted] emailed Mr. [redacted] on Friday morning, June 16, 2017, and informed him that Lazydays would gladly complete the repairs to the compartment doors, or compensate them $300, the estimated repair cost per the Body Shop Manager, to complete the repairs at another facility.Lazydays awaits Mr. [redacted]s response with his decision.Sincerely, Monica K[redacted]Director of Finance, Compliance, &Administrative Support, Western Region

I am rejecting this response because: further damage was done to our unit while in Lazydays possession. The clamp was not the problem as you stated they glued the hose back in place. Had the unit been inspected prior to us picking it up in the first place we would not have had to return it for  subsequent repairs. Or better yet had Lazydays not tore the drain the first time we would not have a problem either. Now I have a unit with additional damage and further decreased value!
