Terrible Experience AFTER Purchasing
We went into the showroom and were very impressed with the styles & selection. Hamza, the sales rep, was knowledgable & very helpful, and really it was his input and assistance, that made us order every thing, complete furniture for 3 bedrooms & large TV media unit for living room, a fairly good priced order. Everything was great, the manager even invited us to stay at the Lazzoni hotel in Turkey. Delivery time was rather long, but at that point we weren't in a rush, so not a deal breaker. We were so impressed with everything, that we recommended Lazzoni to numerous friends, one actually ordered from them, and our designer, who had never heard of Lazzoni, actually flew to the factory in Turkey, and made a huge order for another client in the Middle East.
Then problems started. Hamza the sales rep, had left, and no one could be bothered to really assist us, so we were just passed around different reps. Delivery suddenly arrived without any notice, they just turned up, pilled lots of boxes in the hallways and left, but they didn't have an installation team available, so we had to wait for one to fly in. Eventually installation was done, but some of the parts were wrong and some had some very minor blemishes. They now had to re-order the wrong parts, which took another 4 months. Apparently they just arrived at the warehouse and are now on a truck for delivery, BUT once delivered we then have to wait AGAIN for an installation team to arrive. Through this whole process, unless I call them, no one bothers to call me, it's as though they could care less. They received FULL payment BEFORE making the original delivery and at that point they just stopped trying to achieve anything. Every time I call, I get a different variation of what's happening, and when. Order was originally made October 2022. Delivery was made February 2023. Installation was made April 2023, and apparently today July 25th Lazzoni received the parts and they are now on a truck. TO BE CONTINUED

Review: Hello, I would like to file claim against Lazzoni Paramus NJ store. I purchased a large order which including living room sofa, coffee table, dining table, buffet and 8 chairs with the dining table on 11/15/14. They called me about 3 weeks ago to tell me that they have a situation and their factory cannot make the chairs I ordered. The sales girl [redacted] said that they weren't made aware of this issue earlier but their factory claimed that they told them about it back in December. I asked if they can do anything else for me. They said that I can order other chairs. I asked them that will make me lose another 14 weeks to get my chairs. They said that they cannot do anything but will check. I called the showroom every other day to find out the status about my alternate shipment but they said that they only have 2 choices for me to choose for. I wanted leather chairs but they had only 2 choices. I told them 3 weeks ago that I am willing to go for the cloth chairs and if they can provide me with alternate solution. Again, I called the local several times and I was told they [redacted] was away at lunch or with a client or out. I emailed her several times but no response. I also don't have my order and it has been close to 17 weeks and they promised to deliver within 10-14 weeks. Every time I call the showroom to find the status of the ahipment, they tell me that they will have someone call me. To this date no one has told me when I will get my order and than asked me that I need to call their delivery office. I am very upset with this company. Not only that I don't have all of my order but no one is willing to help. Everyone I get someone on the phone they listen to the issue and say that someone will call me but no one does and I call them every other day to find out. I can't even cancel my order because they told me that they will charge me 30% restocking fee for the furniture I have no status on! The manager is never in the showroom. I spoke to her once but she said that [redacted] will call me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get order fulfilled ASAP and get them to complete my order with the chairs.
