Review: Lazzoni Soho sold me 2 rugs with a lifetime warranty against stains (I paid extra for the warranty). They sold me the rugs Oct.**, 2014. I received them in January 2015. I got a few stains on the rugs and called the warranty company. The warranty company told me that they do not cover rugs.

I reported this to the [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] at main store, [redacted]. They said they would look into it. It took weeks for them to get back to me.

They offered to replace the rugs but no warranty. I said this was not acceptable. I purchased the rug based on the warranty because I have small children and dogs.

Weeks went by and they said they would clean my rugs and give me a 2 year warranty. Once again this is not acceptable.

I purchased the rugs based on a lifetime warranty

The mistake was on their part. They admitted their mistake. They should refund me.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my purchase, which is the cost of the rugs and the warranty. It totals around $4800.00

Review: I bought several products at Lazzoni.

At the first delivery appointment I got a dresser and two lamps.

The dresser had a cut in the lacquer and the two lamps had stains all over. I contacted Lazzoni and they did not care about the lamps (repaired them myself) but promised me a replacement of the dresser at the second delivery appointment.

At the second delivery appointment I got a bed and a table. They did not deliver the replacement for the dresser, the bed had several damages and the table also had damaged lacquer. I contacted Lazzoni again and they promised a replacement for the dresser and the table + wanted to repair the bed.

So after missing another two delivery appointments for the replacement at least the repair team for the bed came but they were not able to repair all of the damages + one of the damages was that there was a stone between the leather of the bed and the filling so the repair people removed the stone, but you can still see a bumb where the stone was.

I contacted Lazzoni again asking them for a solution for the bed but they only said the bed would now look perfect. I said them that I totally not agree but did not receive any answer from them after that. They also contacted me for another (I think it was the [redacted] or [redacted]) delivery appointment for replacement of the dresser and the table and I gave them a possible appointment but again no answer from Lazzoni till now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a replacement for the dresser, the table and the bed.

I paid for new furniture and this is everything I want.

If this is not possible in an appropriate timeframe (Lazzoni delivery takes 10-14 weeks) I want a significant discount for getting just scarce products.
