This was the worst dental experience I have ever hadFirst off, the young girl (dental assistant)giving me xrays kept jabbing the roof of my mouth with enormous sized mouth guards that she could not properly place in my mouthThen she would use her fingers to pry my mouth open and jab them in at different angles while continuing to hurt the insides of my mouthShe would go press a button in the back to start the xray that kept failing on her as I am struggling to keep my mouth open with the huge mouth guard still in my mouthShe claimed the button was not working as it kept sticking as she pushed it, so she would have to keep taking pictures of the same area until her xray switch would stop stickingI told her she needed to get a newer xray machine as that one looked very worn and damagedShe told me the cracks that I saw on the camera were just cosmetic, but that was a complete lie since her button continued to fail as her guards kept being shoved in my mouth and re-adjustedShe would go touch her machine with her gloved hands and then come back to pry my mouth openFinally after min, she finished and kept apologizing for the problem of her button not working and having to agonize me with the pain of her mouth guards being shoved all over the roof of my mouth as they kept falling since she was having to wait for her button to workThe doctor comes in and first thing he tells me is my teeth are very worn out and my bite is off so he says thats the reason I am having some tooth sensitivityHe also tells me I am in dyer need of bracesI then tell him I am years old and do not wish to get braces anymore as they are costlyHe then proceeds to tell me he can do some temporary fix and try and smooth out the areas that are worn for a extra charge and that would only be a very temporary fix to the sensistivityI told him no thanks, and that I just wanted the cleaning that I came in forHe uses the his electric plaque remover all over to clean as the dental assistant is using her vacuum machine to supposedly suck out the salivaWell, she keeps placing her vacuum machine on my lips accidentally and it pulls my lip in hard into the machineI had to put my hand out to have her stop Thats not even the worst part of this whole bad experience...the doctor pokes my lip accidentally with the sharp needly like tool he is using to clean my teethI yelled out, OUCH, YOU JUST HURT MY LIP WITH THE NEEDLE toolThe doctor then denies it was the tool and him and the assistant keep saying it had to be his fingerThank God there was no blood from his stupid mistake of poking my lipAt the end he leaves the room without even flossing my teeth, and this was supposed to be a teeth cleaning! I ask the assistant if I can have some floss or toothpaste sample to take home and she tells me they dont have any for meDO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! VERY SAD HOW THEY CAN EVEN BE IN BUSINESS
