To better process complaint, please clarify, did you have an interaction with the company or did Art in Motion wheels have the marketplace interaction with the company?
I have had interactions with LB...
Forged. After the wheels were sent to be refinished they were sent with LB FORGED with my acknowledgement that the shop locally to me ([redacted] of Arlington Heights, Illinois) would pay for the repairs by LB FORGED. I had already had my wheels from Art In Motion for 8 motnhs prior and had been paid off. LB Forged is just holding my wheels as a way to get back at Art in Motion rather than dealing with me like a human being. [redacted] has called me numerous times yet continues to say he will not give me my wheel back. Both parties lost in court regarding $ in small claims of [redacted] Vs [redacted].The judge said both sides had no good story and left it at that. No monetary no wheel order. I believe if he had heard my story I would have my wheel back in my possession.
