Review: we bought these tents called east end patio.for outside parties.model [redacted].having party today 7-**-2013.we put up tents last night for today.one bar was broken and clipps were missing.figured would call company about that today.well we had astorm come through this morning and all three tents went down.Desired Settlement: I put out good money for these tents and I want them replased.did not even get use of them.

I am in receipt of the complaint of item [redacted] gazebo. This product is not a permanent structure and has a clear warning not to leave up during bad weather conditions. I have attached a copy of the paperwork that came with item. Please review the warning section. It clearly states in the middle of the page in bold and capital letters:

*HIGH WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN CAN DAMAGE YOUR GAZEBO

*PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GAZEBO UP DURING THESE CONDITIONS

*THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT STRUCTURE. THIS IS A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND IS NOT MEANT TO BE LEFT UP DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER.

*THIS ITEM IS NOT WARRANTED FOR COMMERCIAL OR ANY OTHER NON-RESIDENTIAL APPLICATION. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ACTS OF NATURE OR CUSTOMER ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE.

The consumer clearly states that there was a storm and the product collapsed. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for weather.
