reservation. It is apparent that we need to train our new help more thoroughly.Our phone record confirms that a call received April 18, 2015. A check was mailed according to postal services May 10, 2015 and received by our office May 12, 2015. extend my own apologies to [redacted] for the inconvenience this problem has caused to be notified 4 days prior to the event on May 16, 2015. Check was mailed back same day and a called placed out to [redacted]. Our company previously and currently do not transport the customer requested amount of people. Furthermore this service is from points in the County of Lehigh.
Please allow us to apologize that our reservationist staff did not carefully inform you of the facts for renting transportation. We will make every effort to see that this never happens again. Consequently, I am Sorry, no purchase was made, accepted, no service was exchanged, no duty performed.
The desired outcome for $161.35 is the actual price range for transportation of that size, 40 people noted in the complain in the Lehigh Valley not because of late reservation this request requires a Bus or SUV Limo Which I do not have. I value all potential clients, I again apologize for that experience.
