I actually have been to multiple properties that the White Hurst Company own to see how they run them, I have seen the Owner multiple times walking the properties to make sure they are clean and are looking good After reading the BBS complaints, (which is only 3} That's actually very good , considering the company owns major properties and runs multiple others throughout the Toledo areaWas very impressed on how the properties looked inside and outClean, new carpet and paintGrounds are always well keptAs far as some of the comment left by the one client in Walbridge, If a fire broke out in an apartment and was started by the clientwell in my book , this would have to be claimed on your insurance to fix the damagesI'v been in multiple apartments throughout my years where this has been the case Point in case here, if you don't like the place then go buy a houseOther then that, They run a good businessKeep up the good work
This is a horrible company to rent fromThey practice terrible business practicesThe staff working in Three Pines apartment are unprofessional to say the very leastThey could care less about their residents and are only trying to make a profitAsking for anything in your apartment to be fixed would be a lost causeMoving into any of their properties would be a huge mistake
Lived at the Walbridge aptsfor years which is owned by the Whitehurst companyTook maintenance months to replace my air conditioner and months to replace my fridge that went outIf you need someone in the office like the office manager good luck they make there own hoursI had a problem with a drunk person from down stairs threatening my kids and babysitter when I went to workOnly took the company two weeks to put a extra lock on my door and months to kick the person outThe amount of fights I have seen in the hallwaysThe hallways go months without being cleanedEverything that happens even a fire in your apartment is your faultThey screw you on your rent and increase it every yearYou pay sewer and water and the hallway lights are hooked to your apartment electrical box so you pay for there power toI would never recommend this place or any of there places to anyone ever againIf this was the last place on earth I would live in a tent before I lived there again
This is the worst apartment place you can live atYour rent is always being increased, your get some really drunks and other special people for neighborsOffice never seems to be able to help or is in the office the company just does not careWhen you try to move they will fabricate information about you to keep you from movingThis is to keep residents since no one wants to move here I guessThey will make up lease and never show it to youhallways smell like dog feces and always dirtyDon't walk in the grass cause people don't clean up after there dogsthey never do maintenance when ask or reportedThey charge you water bill but never show it to youI have nails all over my back deck from when the re roofed the place months ago but the don't make the contractors clean up after themselvesParties and drunks till all time of the night and radios blasting through your wallsOnce you move in and sign a lease the *** that own this place just don't care
