Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have no choice, just to get the gift check which is not enough to pay my missing items inside the Box (Package)My niece received the Boxes.
They are smart they put the one box, like nothing happen on the packaging tapeI open the box after days that, I'm in the Philippines for vacation
Please keep this company on monitoring list, for the future complain
This is the last we will using their package gift check for this Company, to send package in the PhilippinesWe will not do any business for this Company no more and we will used other competitor that doing same business

I already spoked to Mr*** de *** and explained to him the investigation we gathered from our delivery team that box is physically good condition upon receipt of his recipient..apologized for the incident and I just promised to
monitor his future transaction..As Goodwill, I offered shipper to refund the service fee of $with free seacargo certificate to be use in his next shipmentMr*** agreed with our settlement..advise shipper that we will just mail to him the check and the certificate...Everything is now okey to shipper..Thanks ***

We received this compliant via mail.  We have already resolved this complaint with the sender last June 15, 2016 and have sent her 2 free sea cargo certificates as goodwill.   
 
The sender claims that she had missing items but our records indicate that boxes were received...

in good order and condition by her recipient and with no signs of any damages.  Furthermore items that she claim were missing were not listed on her packing list.  Our policy clearly states that LBC is not liable for items not listed on the packing list.  
 
We have informed her that we have denied this claim but as goodwill sent her 2 free sea cargo certificates that she can use in the future.
