Review: 6 - almost 7 weeks ago- I brought my car to this Mechanics shop to have a couple of things repaired . They told me that it would be about be done in a week . I called the day it should be finished & they said a few more days . Called in a few days they said another week . We went on like this for several weeks , with them even trying to give the car back twice , with new problems and not running properly - even dangerously . The first time they tried to give it back , they told me my car was finished and I went over there to pay . As I waited in the office they came in and told me they couldn't give the car back because the repairs they performed came undone . This was AFTER I PAID THEM . I can not get them to call me back . I have already paid them $600 dollars , and put in a $100 part ourselves that they said would fix the issue they had caused, but it did not . It is our only family car and have been left this whole time with no means of transportation . The owner just keeps telling us he doesn't know what his mechanics did to the car and he has had to fire 3 since we brought the car in . We just want our money back at this point . We can see our car just sitting in their lot everyday when we walk by . No one is working on it . My fiance has no way to work , he had missed several days because of this w/o pay .Desired Settlement: I would just like the $700 I put into this returned to me and my car returned . I'll take the car back broken and junk it , I don't really care , but we need the money to be able to get another car .
