HelloIn response to 1st generals responseYes our home was jacked up and a new foundation wall constructedThat was in the year we bought the homeThat was well prior to the work 1st general didAlso, the professionals we spoke with did mention in some homes beams can be off but they can adjust to make the drywall then flush The gentlemen they had come out to try and repair the work the 1st people did said we had " pregnant" seams Meaning the spackle wasn't correctly feathered out instead it was clumped in that general area The imperfections are not due to the age of the home but to the poor workmanship, this is evident in the pictures I will be attachingFinished, primed and painted Bumps show where screw holes areDifferent wall same issuesAgain this is fully sanded, primed and painted They never removed the plate just painted over itThis is the repair work they did the second time outMore repair work the second time they came I will send a separate email with additional pictures as I'm only able to send per email Thanks [redacted] *** ***< [redacted] @***.com>tomeRepair work the 2nd time please notice the bumps and rolls in the ceiling from the 1st repairThis is the finished repair, spackled, sanded and finished all paintingNumerous paint issues, again this is the finished repair the 2nd time Hard to see with the light but there are waves in the paint2nd repair this is completedLeft side is after the original work, right side is the completed repair the 2nd timeMore wall paint issues2nd repair this is completely finished Please let me know that you have received both emails that contain the response as well as pictures Thanks [redacted] *** Again, additional pictures to show this is a workman ship issue not a older house issuePaint on the crown molding Also they were supposed to come back and nail in the base moldingsThey never didAlso WE did the staining on the base and crown moldings not them all though they were part of the replacement on the orderAdditionally, at the time of replacement we were told by the two original workers they advise not to put insulation in the ceiling as it would trap the heat from our fireplace After the job was complete we found out it's code to have insulation in the ceilingsWell we don'tThe first two guys did the job as quick as they could leading to the sloppy work, perfect example is them priming and painting over a light switch cover instead of taking the min to remove itAfter almost a year of complaining they sent a new guy, Larry, to try and fix itHe said he did what he could but the first guys had it such a mess there was only so much he couldPainted crown molding Screw holesI'm guessingMore painted crown molding Again painted crown moldingThis is an air pocket we have a few around our walls we were told they would go away when the paint driedThey haven't Their finished edges of our crown molding also again paint on the crown molding You can also see a small crack from the seam These pictures are all AFTER the 2nd repair Thanks [redacted] ***
