We did our best to accommodate Mr*** by working around a prior homemade repair that was done by his family memberThere was partially repaired damage on the left side of the front bumper in addition to damage from the most recent accident on the right sideAt the time he dropped off
his vehicle, he said he wanted the entire bumper cover replacedWe informed Mr*** that the insurance company would only pay for the damage related to this claim, and not the damage from the prior accidentWe offered to give him a quote to replace the entire bumper cover at an additional cost, but he declinedWe proceeded to repair the vehicle, carefully working around the prior damage on the left-hand side of the bumper coverAt the time Mr*** picked up the vehicle, the entire front bumper cover was visually and structurally soundMr*** returned a week later with additional damage to the front bumper coverWe do not offer any speculation as to how the additional damage occurred, only that our portion of the repair was completed to manufacturer standardsWe stand behind the work we perform with a written lifetime warrantyHowever, we are not able to warranty the work that was not completed by us

Paceline Collision Center is bound by a code of ethics to fairly and honestly report the cost and nature of vehicle damages to our customers. We do this by taking extensive photographs and documentation to fully justify the cost of the repair, as well as providing detailed analysis on the nature of...

the damages. In this case, we provided all of this information to the customer, and at their request, the customer’s insurance company. Unfortunately, after the insurance company reviewed all of the photographs and documentation, they denied a portion of the damages claimed. Obviously, we would have loved to repair all of the damages. However, we are not able to omit details in our damage analysis.   After review, we have found no reason to change the original assessment compiled by our team member. However, we would be happy to assist the customer in finding another party to complete a second assessment.

The completely unprofessional offensive attack on my character and integrity is identical to the unprofessional manner they've handled this repair. So, me being unhappy with their workmanship warrants a personal attack on me? How dare they, I will publicly put my honor up against anyone of them any day. I thought this was about my car. I didn't know I'd have to defend myself.
