I recently finished up a project with Lucas and LBM Contracting It was my first experience with a contractor and actually a project of this size Remodeling three bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring etcin a newly purchased condo Lucas made me feel comfortable in his experience with jobs of this size and his estimate was reasonable It was a pleasure working with someone who readily gave suggestions, seemed genuinely excited about what the finished product would look like and made me feel like a collaborator and not just a client There were things that needed to be corrected here and there (as I would expect with any big project), but Lucas was responsive and addressed everything to my satisfaction The job site was always as tidy as it could be, given the project, and his workers polite, friendly and respectful
