This is the worst apartment place you can live at. Your rent is always being increased, your get some really drunks and other special people for neighbors. Office never seems to be able to help or is in the office the company just does not care. When you try to move they will fabricate information about you to keep you from moving. This is to keep residents since no one wants to move here I guess. They will make up lease and never show it to you. hallways smell like dog feces and always dirty. Don't walk in the grass cause people don't clean up after there dogs. they never do maintenance when ask or reported. They charge you water bill but never show it to you. I have nails all over my back deck from when the re roofed the place months ago but the don't make the contractors clean up after themselves. Parties and drunks till all time of the night and radios blasting through your walls. Once you move in and sign a lease the [redacted] that own this place just don't care.

I actually have been to multiple properties that the White Hurst Company own to see how they run them, I have seen the Owner multiple times walking the properties to make sure they are clean and are looking good. After reading the BBS complaints, (which is only 3} That's actually very good , considering the company owns 8 major properties and runs multiple others throughout the Toledo area. Was very impressed on how the properties looked inside and out. Clean, new carpet and paint. Grounds are always well kept. As far as some of the comment left by the one client in Walbridge, If a fire broke out in an apartment and was started by the client. well in my book , this would have to be claimed on your insurance to fix the damages. I'v been in multiple apartments throughout my years where this has been the case. Point in case here, if you don't like the place then go buy a house. Other then that, They run a good business. Keep up the good work.

This is a horrible company to rent from. They practice terrible business practices. The staff working in Three Pines apartment are unprofessional to say the very least. They could care less about their residents and are only trying to make a profit. Asking for anything in your apartment to be fixed would be a lost cause. Moving into any of their properties would be a huge mistake.
