In regards of letter Revdex.com last wind storm took roof off house just received letter Revdex.comIn regards to customer refund I ha e agreed to pay back set amount as custamer asked also explained to custamer due to health issues several months back and equipment to issues it was going to take a little longer then expected we have enough been making b payments to her also explained due ti b the season work b is slow and expected to pick up shortly we also do snow removal but b lack of snow has resulted in no work I told custamer we would continue to make b payments and expect to have balance of refund paid in full beginning or late March and will make best efforts to resolve sooner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response is just another example of his ongoing con game According to my phone conversations with him over the past months, he has had paying jobs every month plus his tax return in Feb He told me he would send payment different times, but there was no follow through I'm a retired senior with a very limited income and he totally scammed me Until he repays me, I want the public to be warned of his incompetence plus his deceitful and fraudulent practices Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: This response is just another example of his ongoing con game.  According to my phone conversations with him over the past 6 months, he has had paying jobs every month plus his tax return in Feb.  He told me he would send payment 23 different times, but there was no follow through.  I'm a retired senior with a very limited income and he totally scammed me.  Until he repays me, I want the public to be warned of his incompetence plus his deceitful and fraudulent practices.
