function properly. It did take a little longer than planned on the install. All lights and plugs are checked before any body leaves, however in this instance, the truck lights worked as usual when in our shop. After being notified about not properly functioning, of the lights I immediately tried to help with the issue being a GM truck will not operate incandescent lights as other trucks will. When the Manufacturer charged Mr. Hiatt that was a mistake and I did speak to Mr. Hiatt about the invoice and simply forgot to mail him the check for reimbursement of the lights. As far as fuel, we do not actually pump fuel into the tank after bodies are installed and typically do not have issues with them.  Thank you,Phillip B[redacted]704-546-2231www.lbstrailer.com

Review: Took a truck to have a flat bed put on an was told it would be finished in 2 to 3 days. After the fourth day of not hearing nothing I called an there help was out sick, which at that time was told it would be finished first of the week. After not hearing anything I called wednesday an the boss was out on vacation for a week. FINALLY the 3rd Monday I went to pick up truck an halfway home I realized I had no lights on the bed. I called the next day an he said guess it needs LED lights(which it was suppose to have originally an didn't) so after I talked with the maker of the bed an $177.00 later out of my pocket I got lights in. Now truck is at another shop getting fuel line resolved because it would not take any fuel after bed was put on an also getting wired to pull a trailer which was not done either!Desired Settlement: Was told by the owner that he would make the light charge right with me. Its been 2 weeks today an have not heard anything. I just dont want this nightmare to happen to anyone else. Thanks for your time!!!
