[redacted] the response from the business clearly shows their business practices, know where did any one insult them in any way but clearly they have no problem with insulting people who where their customer, never where we shown the front of the title not do you sign the front, we clearly had no reason to assume we where being lied to or deceived to inspect the title. Again the law requires for it to be clearly stated on the bill of sale and initialed by purchaser that they where properly informed of it being a reconstructed title. And further more we never assumed to check the title after paying off the car cause has no reason again to assume we where lied to and deceived by the salesman and it was pointed out at the time of transfer to Virginia by Virginia DMV. Never did we think this business would of intentianly deceive us to make a sale, nor would we of purchased the car knowing it was a reconstructed title that also had many other issues that cost us more out of pocket expenses to get the car in safe running condition, this business from what I've seen in their Facebook page deliberately deceives people on a regular basis and by their response back to you clearly shows their attitude towards their customers after making a sale, I did later receive a phone call from who claimed to be a part owner who stumbled over every excuse he could to not make this right, this business and the person who sent back the response with the belittling comment need held accountable for their deceitful actions against good people who clearly they take advantage of in a regular basis.

Review: I purchased a 2002 Jeep Liberty from LBSI in Feburary 2013, that I am still paying payments on. Within the first few days the vehicle was making a hissing sound. I took it to [redacted] and they discovered a rag stuffed inside the exhaust pipe. I also had to have the wheel barrings replaced. The vehicle then began having loss of power due to motor failure. I have had the car for two months and within that time it was takin to the shop for three different issues. After all that the motor in the vehicle blew up, due to the bottom end barrings shattering and the crank shaft was scratched beyond repair. LBSI said that I am on my own, that I have to pay for all the repairs, and continue to pay my payments. Due to this happening, I lost my job, due to no transportation to work and cannot afford to replace the engine myself/ and or keep up with the payments at this time. I have tried talking with LBSI, but they are not willing to do anything to help me!!!Desired Settlement: I would like for the engine to be replaced with no cost to me, so that I may get employment to continue making my payments. If this is not possible, then I would like all the money I have paid them for the vehicle(including the down payment), so that I may purchase a DEPENDABLE vehicle. I DO NOT want another vehicle from them after all that I have been thru.

Review: I bought a used car & 2 hrs. later it wouldn't start & I found out that it was the fuel pump &the dealer wont fix it without me paying 75.00Desired Settlement: 175.00

Review: I bought a car from this dealer. Car was advertised to be in good shape. It did not have Pennsylvania state inspection stickers. I asked if they did inspection and the saleswoman told me they did not. The car was advertised to be in good condition and nothing was listed to be wrong with it, so I assumed I just need to take it to a mechanic to get the stickers. I took the car to my certified mechanic and he said the vehicle is unsafe and will never be able to pass a state inspection. Now LBSI told me there is nothing they can do about it because I signed a waiver.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I have a vehicle I literally cannot drive because it is unsafe and will not pass a state inspection.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from them in Jan 2013 for my son. I paid off the 12 month note & they mailed me the title. I put the title away, until May 2015, when I was transferring the title over to my son as he was getting married & moving to Va. I went with him to the DMV in Va, where they pointed out that the title I had was for a "Reconstructed" vehicle, so it would have to be mailed off to Richmond Va to be verified. I had no CLUE what that was, but my son did, and because he was there with me when we bought the car, & specifically asked if the car had A reconstructed title since the price was so low, and they told us "No". My son contacted the said dealership, because the car is basically worthless and WE WERE DELIBERATELY DECEIVED about the condition of the car when we purchased it. The PA Lemon Law states very clearly, that if a car has been "Reconstructed", it MUST be listed as such on the sales contract, & purchaser MUST sign/initial that they are fully aware that the car was totaled & reconstructed to sell on their lot. NONE of this was done or said, in fact it was intentionally withheld. I cannot get the Owner of the establishment to contact my son or I back - Salesman keep saying he is "out of the office". I have the Sales Contract - PROOF of the fraud, and they are required to buy back this car for the amount I paid for it PLUS finance charges. Avoiding "full disclosure" about a vehicle is against the law.Desired Settlement: The purchase price including down payment & finance charges, which is $3576.16

Review: I purchased a car on 2-9-15 drove about a quarter of mile and car Brock down the dealership came and gave me a jump car restarted and about 1/2 mile later car broke down dealership came and picked car up and informed me car needed a engine and wanted me to pay for services to fix motor.Desired Settlement: Want to take purchase of car if repairs are paid for by dealership or refund of monies due to defects.

Review: We purchased a 1999 Ford Taurus from LBSI Automotive LLC as is; however we took the car to a mechanic immediately after purchasing to the car and they informed us that the "K" frame was completely rusted out and the car is not roadworthy. We called LBSI Automotive LLC and tried to talk to the owner (who sold the car to us) [redacted] and we were told he would call us back several times. His assistant [redacted] called us back and told us to take the car to Print & Tint in Uniontown and they would fix it. We took it to Jason at Print and Tint and he said he replaced the frame. We took the car back to the mechanic afterwards and they said the frame was not replaced it was just sprayed with undercoating. PA law states that every vehicle offered for sale (even if as is) MUST BE ROADWORTHY! It is illegal for a dealer to sell a car without informing the buyer if it has a cracked or twisted frame. We tried to just have the car fixed per [redacted]'s recommendation of the Print and Tint shop. This is a nightmare. Our daughter is 18 years old and the car is not fit to be on the road. We also took the car to another auto shop to get a second opinion and they agree with the first mechanic. The car should not be on the road; it is not roadworthy, it is dangerous to drive the vehicle.Desired Settlement: We would like to refunded for the price we paid for the car as well as the "work" that Tint and Print was supposed to do. I would not like a replacement because I would not trust [redacted] or anything he has on his lot.
