I purchased two used Air Compressor units from LC Enterprise LLC, at the rate of three thousand dollars per unit.The following is the make and model of the equipment in dispute.1997 Ingersoll rand 175CFM S/N ***, and 1988 Ingersoll-rand 175CFM *** The payment for these units was made on Saturday September 21, 2019 by wire transfer through Citibank. Unfortunately, after receiving and confirming receipt of my payment of six thousand dollars for both units; the seller fraudulently resold the 1988 unit to another customer after payment had been made in full.It was when I called on Tuesday September24,2019 to inform him of sending a tow truck to pick my two
property that he opened up that one of the units was resold by his employee during his absent and promised to compensate me with a better offer and this was accepted by me without any objection. But after long wait, and
nothing serious seemed to be coming out it, my gut started tellin me that the seller was up to some sinister motives which has been confirmed by refusal to refund my three thousand dollars up till now.I 've employed all necessary channel to reach out to him for my money but all have failed to yield any fruitful result.
Therefore, I'm using this medium to solicit for help as to compel the seller to refund my money without further delay because there's no basis for him to withhold my money after reselling what was originally paid for with an invoice issued.The seller wants to eat his cake and have it at the same time. I'm very hopeful and confident that you'll use your good offices to bring justice to bear on this matter.
