I am rejecting this response because: lc homes have done everything possible to ruin a new houseThey are in violation with the city on several issuesBlaine hasnt stuck by anything he has said and this home has so many issues that they think they can walk away from it and I loose 250,Not going to happen, I have tried to work with lc homes but when you deal with l asundeesirable company they think they can just do nothing? Leaking roof still and WAter pouring into basement due to grading so bad it n needs a retaining wall and siding replace on th lower basement to prevent massive amounts of water and mold of high is already present which Blaine knew aboutYour own bylaws state that if concrete is broken over 3/then it constitutes replacementIve done nothing but give you more than ten chances to fix this and your company refuses? Stand by your workmanship like your motto says high quality, but then hire unskilled labor and try to get the most for the worst possible laborLc Homes needs to fix all these issues and act like a human not some form of it that people around me here are passing along to your prospective buyers when they see them looking at housesNot me but if you can't fix these in a timely manner then no matter what I say the house will show it itselfI've contacted my insurance company and they should be calling Blaine soon enough because of the issues and all The paint on this house and all the issues they tried to fix you left open on a repair statement we agreed on and you are now in Breach of ContractAs well as other legal mattersI know they won't fix them because they have been putting it off for a year and now all your unskilled labor that includes all your office as well can deal with them as they come up in the week followingYou should have been sincere and not a cheap person and fixed these now they will cost you a lot more, I've told you about busted leaking Windows and just falls off the casing and you still haven't fixed them? I will take this as long and as far as I need to get my house fixed or refunded***

Mr***, The owners of Midtown Homes have consulted many times regarding the claims made by Mr*** regarding the home he purchased We believe Midtown Homes has fulfilled its contract obligation and honored the home warranty that was a part of the contract We have completed all eligible warranty items within the one year period and the warranty is now expired Additional both Midtown Homes and the kitchen cabinet supplier have refunded fully Mr*** the cost he paid for certain upgrades that he was not satisfied with, a good will gesture There is nothing more Midtown Homes needs to do to fulfill its obligation We feel Mr*** has succumbed to cheap slandering of Midtown Homes as a last resort Additionally Midtown Homes fully cooperated and timely responded to the attorney Mr*** initially hired and has sense fired. I am rejecting this response because: you didn't even look at the list of problems from electrical  to breaking and crumbling concrete foundation. Your effort was at best the worst I've ever had to deal with. You should be locked up for saling junk that is not worth a. Dime. Your staff is the most idioctic when it comes to doing anything. You know you sell a very sub bat product.  The second list you failed to even respond to has a lot of major problems such as, crumbling concrete foundation, windows that won't even open, a roof that needs replaced  due to leaking, all concrete is so sandy that it won't last due to the mix is wrong for the application, your failure to address will cost you more than you can ever make but that's your goal is to sell a so subpar product that you end up on court with a class action? I've been contacted by over 15 couples about their problems and even a loveland  couple has contacted me about their home, so there is a lot of pissed off people that you r fuse to do right by?  From you to your so called band of thieves who sell these pieces of junk your day is fast approaching in court. I tried to work with you on several occasions but you had no intention to fix anything.  I work in my yard and it's amazing to see the amount of people looking at your product only to drive away in total shock at workmanship and overall discust. You keep saying I'm slandering your company Really? You knew going in with me I was disabled and very savy on all matters of building. Your own crew couldn't answer any questions  so yep I'll tell all who wish to hear how your general contracted should be brought up on charges due to stuff I've seen happen here. Your planned community is so bad the older people from the sub division to our west constantly asked the new people have you found this or that? Also there was a fire due to improper venting. There are a lot of people who want You to fix issues but your let it drag out then you say it's too late?? I text, emailed and hand delivered my second list well before the deadline and you refused to even look at it?' A class action is very easy to make a reality just two people and a bad experience and your day is gonna get bad real quick. All you had to do was fix the issues and I'd never say a word but if you won't fix it it's gonna cost me so guess what ? If I gotta pay the so should you legally. I refuse to pay this amount to fix this piece of junk. I'm in contact with the state board on all issues and we will just have to see what they say with all the problems and issues your so called crew has presented to me. If you want to fix these like the paint on my driveway you had done when we were and still are in the legal process of working on my house was against the law . You did it and I'll see that you  either regret selling me a house or get to the point you just get tired of state inspections. Your choice. Next time you say I've slandered you please remember this I've not even begone to do so. As well as other neighbors who when they see new people looking at homes the run to tell them about all their issues from leaking roofs to sewer backing up due to drain lines not even installed with out proper glue. So in closing I'll never quit til you fix or refund me on tHis house. That's another thing funny how the law firms just had the right info which was not even know to them at the time, so please allow me to turn up the heat a with a call this afternoon on an issue that's so wrong it's easy to make your day a lot worse. You have no clue just how stupid your team is but I will enjoy showing you .All you had to do was fix my house but your to ignorant to figure that out.
