I was sent the wrong item, now I can't get in contact with their company to get a refund. On 9/13/14 I made an online purchase from Tactical Assault Gear, order#[redacted], for one Range Bag in A-TACS camouflage. The order processing took 7 days, so I contacted a customer service associate [redacted] ([redacted]) to inquire why the order processing was taking so long. She stated she would get my order processed right away, and to make up for the inconvenience, she would send my order with expedited 2 day shipping at no cost to me. My order was never upgraded to 2 day shipping, and I finally received my order on 9/26/14. When I received my order I immediately noticed it was the wrong item. What I received instead of the range bag I ordered, were two ESAPI side plate carriers (pouches that connect to a body armor vest and hold ballistic inserts). I immediately tried contacting [redacted] again at the number on the website and there was no answer. Furthermore, the voice mailbox at that number is full, so I can't leave a message. I tried contacting someone on their facebook page , and I have not received a response. I have continued to try and call the customer service number on their website since 9/26/14 with no response. I tried calling another number on their website ([redacted]), and there's no answer, and again the voice mail box is full. I'm trying to get a full refund for the cost of the item I ordered, plus tax and shipping charges. Desired SettlementI want a full refund to include tax and shipping charges. I want Tactical Assault Gear to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I can return their merchandise at no expense to myself. I want the refund applied to the credit card in which I placed the order with. Consumer ResponseThe Manufacturer/Company has refunded my purchase, and I would like to close the complaint.

Ordered a pair of boots on 4 august, received tracking number for boots from the company and when package arrived it was a TAG CatalogOrdered boots under order #[redacted] on 4 Aug. received a [redacted]tracking number[redacted] and order was marked by the company as completed, boots shipped. When the package arrived on 17 Aug, under the tracking number it was a TAG Catalog. The boots were never shipped but my credit card was charged. I contacted customer support on 18 Aug 2015 and was told my boots would be shipped by the Mfg in the next 24-48hrs. [redacted] @ Customer Service would not give me a tracking number nor a copy of the invoice to [redacted] showing the boots were actually ordered and shipped. I spoke with a rep of [redacted] and was told that the order had not been placed. I also spoke with my local postmaster general and he advised that the above situation constituted mail fraud as the product was shown as shipped, but was not really shipped. I asked [redacted] to Next Day [redacted] the order and he refused which further increased my suspicions of shoddy business practices by this company.Desired SettlementShip the boots Next Day [redacted] and provide transparency in getting the boots ordered and shipped.Business Response Our customer service department did speak with [redacted] about this issue in August and the issue was resolved as of 8/17. Our shipping policy states that all orders are charged at the time of order and not the time of shipping. Also the reason that he received a catalog with tracking and not his boots, is because the boots were drop shipped on our behalf from the manufacturer and we supplied a free catalog which we shipped. Both shipped at separate times. We were not giving the impression that the boots shipped with the tracking originally received only that items had shipped which was our free catalog. Once the customer contacted us on 8/17 we informed we would have the MFG overnight the boots. On 8/18 we called and provided the overnight tracking to the customer's wife. [redacted] tracking [redacted]. This order has been delivered and customer has received their product. Please see our website shipping policy which outlines that we bill at time of order as well that boot orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. http://www.[redacted]/shipping-policy We apologize for any inconvenience.[redacted]Customer Service Manager
