client call and ask if we accept expired coupon and we ask then its a yes we do but when she have her service done, she hand out the coupon that has been expired months ago and we sorry cant take that coupon and that was like only winter time
offer we gave her the current and she not happy with it, then she started saying to my employee "if you don't take the months old coupon i'm not going to give tip "i mean that's really disrespectful she wasn't nice at all .if she don't want to give tip its fine with us but she seem like very rude, that's the reason why we're not fixing the nails for her ,but even that she complaint about her polish chip off in hrs,but my employee had told her that's "if she want to do the gel polish because the regular color
will chip off very quick" so she refuse and still want to do the regular color and there is no warranty
we cannot refund the money cause all the serviced done there is no refund

The business is not telling the truthThey told me over the phone that they would accept expired coupons and did not ask me how old the coupon wasI did not tell the lady that did my nails that "if you don't take the months old coupon I'm not going to give tip" as the response states from the businessI was not happy that they did not take the coupon, but paid what they asked for, however I was not rudeI thank her and leftMy polish started coming off the very next day, less than hoursI knew it would not last as long as the gel polish, but have had my nails done many other places and it lasted - daysOnly lasting lest than hours is not acceptableThis company should refund for the manicure

it does not mean like she is rightif someone who take care this case please understand that the regular polish when we polish on the regular nails (on the hands) never stay goodjust last for couple daysor if you just get it done then you clean or do wash dishes it will come of right a wayhere , polish last for days ( from Sat to Mon )she still want money backit is okwe do not want deal with her no-more
At first, we be nice to her that we accept the expire couponshe broke our hearts, because the guy that answer her phone told me that " can you accept the expire coupon? I think this is a senior's women ?" he even said "PLEASE"THEN when she so mean try and rudewe learn our lesson , never , never again
