This man has stolen thousands from me wpromises to buy materials n send workers on such n such date. He is
Slick w tricks n excuses in having confidence in what he says is true. Many of us have been taken. My case in Small Claims Court was ruled in my favor. However they give the Defendent 30 days to pay whi ch he ignores. Ù cannot put a lein on his home as he re to n has his trucks under other peoples name.

I hired Felix Garcia of 37 Shore Lane, Bayshore in late August to replace my wooden deck with trex and vinyl railing for a price of $4800 using my old foundation. He said the job would take 1 week. He stripped the wood from the old deck, and I paid him a total of $9,600 dollars because I realized trexs and railings are expensive. The work started to slow down, and unfortunately very little materials were delivered after two months. By the end of October, I was left with a deck that was less than 1/3 complete. He promised refunds but it never happened. At the end he advised me he has no workers to finish it but still no refund. Turns out he was not paying his employees. He threatened me with legal action and problems at my workplace if I notified the Better Business and if I take him to court. Stay away from Felix Garcia of L.C.A. of Custom Finishes, also known as Adriana Customs and Garcia Customs. He is a conman and a pathological liar. Currently on the Suffolk wall of shame, I had to hire another contractor to fix his shoddy work and finish the deck. ALERT stay away from this company and Felix Garcia. Whatever you do, do not use LCA customs or whatever name he has. Felix Garcia is a wannabe contractor in Bayshore, New York. He is a con artist, a thief and has no idea what he’s doing. He wants money, cash upfront always. Starts the job but never finishes it and did more damage than good. He took my money never finished the job. Every time I would chase him, he would just make up excuses to why he couldn’t come and show up. He is a pathological liar, and I wouldn’t trust him to step foot in my house again. Whatever you do go somewhere else, but be warned he will take your money, and not finish the job

After destroying my bathroom and kitchen (and taking 8 months for this 2 week job), no other contractor wants to deal with the mess. They are the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. Felix is an absolute clown pretending to be a contractor.

Destroyed my house. Never finished the jobs. If you hire Felix expect it to be the worst experience. Felix is a complete joke.
