This "contractor" is a scammer and a very fast talker who aims to gain your confidence and take your money. He cannot be trusted.
In April, 2025 he took $4600 in daily Venmo payments for a siding and porch renovation which started at 4200 and went up to 6200. He demolished our porch left a mess and used excuse after excuse of why he or his men could not show up to continue the work or remove the mess he left. Each day he had a different excuse and unfulfilled promises. He left my porch without a floor which posed a risk to anyone who might have come up my stairs and got injured. He stalled us off for a couple of weeks with his excuses and when we let him know we were going on vacation from May 9-19 he said he would definitely have the house done "I promise you'll be so happy with the work. You'll come home to a brand-new house". Well, while we were away, we checked our cameras daily, and no one showed up. Finally, when we returned, I told him not to come back and to demanded he return our money or I would expose him. He threatened me with a lawyer.
Felix Garcia has many complaints against him in Suffolk County and has been fined but he ignores the court appearances and fines. Through my lawyer to his "lawyer" payments were promised but have been pushed back several times with excuses that Felix needs to raise the money, next week, next week again, yet during the time he's trying to get our money he seems to be taking money from other people in cash and on Venmo.
Felix uses the same MO on all his victims. He will have his crew of one or two go to the worksite, do a little bit of work, maybe an hour or so and they leave. He claims he finds "rot" on the structure and will then ask for more money for materials. If you call him on any of his lies, he gaslights and resorts to name calling and insults.
Each time we paid him it was at his request for materials, which we never physically saw. He claimed what we requested had to be special ordered however he never provided us with an invoice or an order for anything he "ordered"
The contractor I hired to fix Felix mess came to my house one day to scope the job, and the very next day bought the materials and had them delivered to my home, that same day in the exact color and style I originally requested from Felix. There were no special orders or wait time. The job took 4 days total, and my porch and siding look amazing. I can't imagine what horror I would have dealt with if Felix had done any more damage.
Felix Garcia is a pathological liar. He does not pay his "workers" which is why he can't keep them.
He took advantage of hard-working individuals several times. He has no conscience and absolutely no integrity. He belongs in jail for all the money he has stolen from the many people he has scammed.

I hired Felix Garcia of DBA Garcia Custom Finishes to do some home improvements on my home. He was paid in full in cash. The materials wouldn’t show up, I was lucky if I had one worker at my house at the end. All he did was tell lies. He never finished my kitchen, bathroom and I’m missing all my windows and the damages he made to my home as well. This guy should be in jail. He is a conman. He doesn’t even deserve one star. He turned managed to turn my dreams of finally being able to do some much needed home improvements into a complete nightmare. I haven’t been able to finish my home improvements. He has set me back financially.

This man has stolen thousands from me wpromises to buy materials n send workers on such n such date. He is
Slick w tricks n excuses in having confidence in what he says is true. Many of us have been taken. My case in Small Claims Court was ruled in my favor. However they give the Defendent 30 days to pay whi ch he ignores. Ù cannot put a lein on his home as he re to n has his trucks under other peoples name.

I hired Felix Garcia of 37 Shore Lane, Bayshore in late August to replace my wooden deck with trex and vinyl railing for a price of $4800 using my old foundation. He said the job would take 1 week. He stripped the wood from the old deck, and I paid him a total of $9,600 dollars because I realized trexs and railings are expensive. The work started to slow down, and unfortunately very little materials were delivered after two months. By the end of October, I was left with a deck that was less than 1/3 complete. He promised refunds but it never happened. At the end he advised me he has no workers to finish it but still no refund. Turns out he was not paying his employees. He threatened me with legal action and problems at my workplace if I notified the Better Business and if I take him to court. Stay away from Felix Garcia of L.C.A. of Custom Finishes, also known as Adriana Customs and Garcia Customs. He is a conman and a pathological liar. Currently on the Suffolk wall of shame, I had to hire another contractor to fix his shoddy work and finish the deck. ALERT stay away from this company and Felix Garcia. Whatever you do, do not use LCA customs or whatever name he has. Felix Garcia is a wannabe contractor in Bayshore, New York. He is a con artist, a thief and has no idea what he’s doing. He wants money, cash upfront always. Starts the job but never finishes it and did more damage than good. He took my money never finished the job. Every time I would chase him, he would just make up excuses to why he couldn’t come and show up. He is a pathological liar, and I wouldn’t trust him to step foot in my house again. Whatever you do go somewhere else, but be warned he will take your money, and not finish the job

After destroying my bathroom and kitchen (and taking 8 months for this 2 week job), no other contractor wants to deal with the mess. They are the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. Felix is an absolute clown pretending to be a contractor.

Destroyed my house. Never finished the jobs. If you hire Felix expect it to be the worst experience. Felix is a complete joke.
