I have not received the product that I purchased in May.
I purchased 3 Purell TFX Hand Sanitizer Dispenser Refill - 40.6 fl oz (1200 mL) - Kill Germs - Hand, Skin - Clear - Moisturizing, Antimicrobial on May 10, 2020. The total was $77.97. My order number was #***. I paid with my debit card. It indicated that I would receive my product by June 1st. I have attempted emailing and calling numerous times and have not received a response. I have tried to receive an update on when my product would arrive and I have also requested a refund. I cannot receive a response from the company.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to refund my card immediately.

Order# *** was on back order due to the manufacturer of the sanitizer struggling to obtain the raw materials necessary to make the product. We emailed the customer on 5/11/2020 regarding the delay and received no response. We have now canceled the order so that our customer will receive a full refund as desired. The refund will appear on the customer's card within 10-15 business days. We apologize for the frustration the situation may have caused. Thank you for refunding my purchase. This resolution is satisfactory.

I had 2 different orders that I was charged for didn't receive, was told they were cancelled and no refund.
I placed two different orders. One on April 12th order number *** and April 14th order number *** When I emailed them on April 16th inquiring about shipping status was told things were back ordered and I could cancel which I did. I was told I should see the refund within a few days. Since that time I have not received any emails that my orders were cancelled and they still show processing on website. Since Thursday April 16th. I have sent 9 emails inquiring about my refunds that have went unanswered. I have also called 4 times and once was hung up on. Another time was connected to a supposedly supervisors email and left a voice mail nearly begging them to call me back and no response. Then I called again today and spoke to a lady promising me she was going to look into it and call me back today and nothing. I live in New York. I am out of work and cannot afford to be out money like this.

Desired Outcome

I just want my refund for both cancelled orders. Order number *** for the amount of $64.77 and order number *** for the amount of $178.72.

Thank you for your purchase. Due to an unexpected increase in volume of orders for water cans, janitorial, and sanitation products, along with the unexpected changes pertaining to COVID-19 we are experiencing a few delays. Water cans are expected to ship no later than the second week of April. Other products may have volatile stock and ETAs.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience, and highly appreciate your patience and comprehension during these uncertain times. Please disregard if any of these items are not on your orders.

Well this information was a lot different then what I was told in my email last week about the orders being canceled. The lady informed me that the refunds would process on the 16th when the orders were supposedly canceled. I was never informed until now that the refunds didn't happen until yesterday.

In the case of Order# ***, the refund was successfully processed April 22, 2020. If the customer does not see a refund in his/her account within 5-10 business days of this date, we recommend the customer contact their bank.

A refund was definitely given to the customer by us, ans we would not charge the customer for the canceled order.

We received the wrong items upon ordering. I have attempted numerous times to return the items and receive a refund to no avail.
We ordered a product from LC Industries and after weeks of vague status updates, we finally received the products and immediately shipped the items to our customer. Upon our customer receiving the items, they let us know that this was the wrong product. Our customer sent the items back to us asking for their full refund, which of course was given. We have contacted LC Industries countless times over the last two weeks, asking for information to return the wrong products, obtain a product refund, and to receive a refund for the shipping charges we have incurred shipping the wrong product through no fault of our own. We have left voice messages and sent emails repeatedly with no response.

Desired Outcome

We want a full product refund ($150.00) and a reimbursement (NOT company credit) for our investment in shipping charges ($28.97). This is a total of $178.97).
