After Storms on 7/19/we lost power at 5:50pm we reported that to Ozark Electric at 6:pm we did not get the power restored until the next day 7/20/at 3:pmwe are on prepaid electric and can check the hourly usage on smart hub where you can also pay the billI checked the hourly usage and discovered that I got charged for electricity after we lost power (7/19/18) for every hour until next day (7/20/18) at 12pm .Then from 12pm on 7/20/ until 4pm no charge for electricityAt pm the electicity usage start's again after the power was restoredI called Ozark Electric today and asked why I got charged and was told some one going to call me back nobody calledI just checked my usage again hoping they fixed the mistake but found out that they didn't fix it they added some more electic usage on to my billI questioned the usage before it is very high but could never prove that there is a problem with the meter they're using my electricity bill got bigger since they instal

When the tree trimming service came to trim trees on a Friday they said they would wait until the ground dried upThen on Monday they were in our front yardI have called the Ozark Electric Coop three times and left messagesThe last message I left for the general managerNo one has called me backAll I want is someone to come out with a roller and smooth out the ruts
