Their customer service was a little slow, but nothing like the horror stories I heard They contacted me and asked if I would like additional service to fix other problems on my computer Got my computer back with NO issues And the price cannot be beat! My local shop would have charged close to $1000, and Lwas Closer to $ Great little shop!
