I am very disappointed with the representatives of LCore Customer Service.  I was given the run around and told that the product had been mailed...

to me, obviously it was not and now I receive the same promise in addition to a promise to get a refund.  Sounds too good to be true.  I honestly have no trust in them anymore.  I would appreciate if they keep a good business practice and refund the $209.40 that I in very good faith paid them for a product, that as presented to me was a very good one.  What a shame, I feel very disappointed and cheated by the unfulfilled promises LCore Paris gave to me. Merci beaucoup et bonne chance.
