I am rejecting this response because: He sent the following email to my business emailHe states that the company hasn't been in business since but I purchased the machine from him in In addition, he's made service calls in and after, so it doesn't make sense what he is sayingIf this was the case, there wouldn't have been service calls from him the years after 2012, but there wereIn addition, if the company was out of business, there should have been a letter informing me or he would have stated this to be the case when me made the multiple service callsMoreover, as stated in my original complaint letter, when my staff spoke with him in May, he said he was out of town and would be back the following MondayIf his company was out of business, he would have stated that he wouldn't be able to provide us with helpLastly, when I called the office number, the information still says LD technologySo, if a corporation is out of business, why do they still have a phone line? Even when I called asking about body scans from a number I found on yellow pages, he answeredSo, I don't believe this is the caseTherefore, I reject this responseI paid for a product that included a warranty and he knew prior to this discrepancy that there was something wrong with the machine, like a virus that was causing issuesHe has stated this to me and to my staff prior to all of this going downHe simply doesn't want to honor his warranty or replace the productHe's saying that he needs to be paid dollars for a service callHe has no right to ask me for money when the warranty he promised is still valid

I am willing to personally help the former client personally if they want my assistance.  Like I stated before I am no longer in this business, but I am willing to provide services personally for a fee.  I will use my personal company TEL Enterprises for any of these services.

If this was the case, there wouldn't have been service calls from him the years after 2012, but there were. In addition, if the company was out of business, there should have been a letter informing me or he would have stated this to be the case when me made the multiple service calls. Moreover, as stated in my original complaint letter, when my staff spoke with him in May, he said he was out of town and would be back the following Monday. If his company was out of business, he would have stated that he wouldn't be able to provide us with help. Lastly, when I called the office number, the information still says LD technology. He's saying that he needs to be paid 500 dollars for a service call. He has no right to ask me for money when the warranty he promised is still valid.
