Do not ever spend money with LD products
I threw away my old printer after my LD order
assuming it was my old printer Bought a new one
that worked perfectly for the span of the free Epson cartridges
then I purchased LD ink and yesterday I put the 1st LD product in , pages into printing and only 1/of each document printed ( every 3rd line was clear otherwise blank) 18hours after exposing my printer to LD product the head was in need of full cleaning, alignment, and deep cleaning So I put 2nd LD cartridge in , message on printer -WARNING cartridge not recognized " WHAT !?" 3rd Cartridge not recognized Called the company to have some horrible customer service person placate me I give up NEVER BUY LD PRODUCTS , UNLESS YOU WANT TO SCRAP YOUR PRINTER

I ordered a printer black printer cartridge that I have ordered repeatedly, paid for shipping Order date was 11/17/15, arrived 11/23/ I was sent the wrong cartridge entirely, not to mention the wrong color--cyan The Chat Representative told me that they couldn't help me because I would tell them my printer model When I called the CSR told me the same thing I shared the order # and the item #, sent them the links of my order so that they all knew what I ordered and what I paid for Bot refused to process a new and correct order for next day delivery The CSR Rep talked over me and told me that is what I am getting Really? I asked for a manager and was put on hold for 10-minutes When I threatened to call the SVP listed on the Revdex.com site and that I saw how many complaints there have been, the manager processed the correct order (we'll see) to be delivered tomorrow I wasted my morning trying to resolve this and can't get my work done because I have no cartridge Since when do Chat and CSR Reps not correct an incorrect order and tell a customer that it is what they are getting? The manager had no answers as to this unprofessional conduct Today I am looking for another discount printer cartridge vendorCAUTION when using them

There are reasons for this review:
- I ordered three times from LD
The first two sets of ink worked wellOn the third set, the printer jammedI had no options but to call technical support to fix my printerAfter a lengthy try, the printer's technician said he could not fix the problem because I used a generic (knock off) tonerI would need to replace the printer
- Along with the purchase of LD toner, I also bought several office supplies not manufactured by LD because of the convenience of not having to go to another retailer web site
One of the items not manufactured by LD was a such poor quality (File folders) that a could not use itI called LD explaining the problem and I requested to return it with full refundThe customer service operator said LD could not accept the returnShe also said LD does not guarantee any other product that was not manufactured LDShe asked me to return it to the manufacturer!!!
I told her LD sold it to me and profited from itLD company cannot just dump the product to the customer and walk away
She told me to go to the Post Office and mail it back to LD and paid the mailing fee if I did not want it
In the era of internet, who has the time to return things in the Post Office?
Take home message: Lost my printer for a cheaper toner and stuck with bed product
I am very disappointed with this companyI certainly would not recommend it to my friends

I'm very happy that I found this site and ordered ink cartridges. The price can't be beat and I'm pleased with the quality. I order early Friday morning and to my surprise I recieved my package on Monday. I also got a free coupon for my next purchase, which I am sure to make. Thank you for a great site, a great service and great products.

I purchased from this Co's website which stated it would be delivered in 1-3 business days. when the first tracking info nation was received it had already been 2 and stated it wouldn't be received for 3 more days. When I didn't get the item after the five days sited in the tracking information. I called the Co. Wow was that an eye opener, they said they have no control after it has shipped. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on the phone for 15 minutes and was finally put into voice mail.
Not a reputable Co at all.

I have been using LD Products also inks since 2009
I am 73 years old. I did Professional Photography for 35 years. As everyone knows me I am very picky with my work. If you need Ink or Paper. Use LD. You will not go wrong. In our times now when it is hard to find quality any more. These Guys care in what they sell. I just got off the phone with them. Great People to talk to. You know what??? They speak ENGLISH>. From what they have been doing for me. I see NO Reason to go elsewhere. Again. LD. Keep up what you are doing. You will stay in Business for many years to come. Thanks again. [redacted] J [redacted]

I order a product with the help of a representative and received it and it was wrong. After 45 minutes when I received product the representative told me that they are new to office supplies and that I would need to return product because it was definitely not what I ordered. He spoke with a Manager and they promised to send a UPS label to have it shipped back at their expense. I thought that would resolve the matter. 2 weeks later-no label! I called the new representative said we don't send labels. I tried to explain but she was rude and would not listen to me about the experience and about the return label. I asked for a supervisor. So here I am waiting again.
WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

Have used them for many years, but after what just happened never again!! Order ink March 2014, and it didn\'t work in my HP. Called in and was sent another set and was told to discard old product. That set didn\'t work and was sent another set. 3rd set didn\'t work as well. Called in for a refund and was told to send in both sets of ink. Did that and after 3 weeks of being told that my refund was being processed, was told today that I still need to send them 20 more. A set is 9 so I sent in 18 and was told today that I only sent in 13. Also was told that I was sent an order of 6 which doesn\'t add up cause I order sets of 9 for every order. I was told I will not get my refund unless I send in 20. I guess I lost that $80!

I have been doing business with LD Products for about 4 years. I would estimate that I have purchased more than 100 ink cartridges from them. Most of the time I have had no problems with the products I received. In my opinion, they are every bit as good as the original. LD's prices are great and delivery is very quick (typically 1-2 days). Occasionally, I have has some issues with cartridges (i.e. they didn't work in my printer). In every case, the company quickly provided a new one or returned my money. As good as their products are - and I believe them to be excellent - their service is even better. I wish all companies stood behind their products like LD does. I recommend this company very highly.
