I purchased from this Co's website which stated it would be delivered in 1-business dayswhen the first tracking info nation was received it had already been and stated it wouldn't be received for more daysWhen I didn't get the item after the five days sited in the tracking informationI called the CoWow was that an eye opener, they said they have no control after it has shippedI asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on the phone for minutes and was finally put into voice mail Not a reputable Co at all
I order a product with the help of a representative and received it and it was wrongAfter minutes when I received product the representative told me that they are new to office supplies and that I would need to return product because it was definitely not what I orderedHe spoke with a Manager and they promised to send a UPS label to have it shipped back at their expenseI thought that would resolve the matterweeks latlabel! I called the new representative said we don't send labelsI tried to explain but she was rude and would not listen to me about the experience and about the return labelI asked for a supervisorSo here I am waiting again WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!
I have been doing business with LD Products for about yearsI would estimate that I have purchased more than ink cartridges from themMost of the time I have had no problems with the products I receivedIn my opinion, they are every bit as good as the originalLD's prices are great and delivery is very quick (typically 1-days)Occasionally, I have has some issues with cartridges (i.ethey didn't work in my printer)In every case, the company quickly provided a new one or returned my moneyAs good as their products are - and I believe them to be excellent - their service is even betterI wish all companies stood behind their products like LD doesI recommend this company very highly
