Only 1 star because the phine did actually wring, the young lady that acted as if she wanted to help me name is Tamara and she is the only representative I've contacted since trying to take care of a parking ticket, this lady was rude from the time she answered the phone very disrespectful and unfortunately the only person who answered when I called back multiple times at different hours of the day..She has a stank attitude and is impossible to get any information from, its a SHAME how she speaks to people and from her I really dont trust her or this company with ANY OF MY INFORMATION I will be contacting some high power people to see what can be done about HER! I dont know how they're service is because each time I called it was HER shame on you TAMARA

This is a SCAM! Contact your credit monitoring agency now!!! Not sure how they got our tax ID # or SS# but thank goodness we have credit monitoring. Protect My ID contacted us due to a suspicious item that showed up on our credit report 2/9/16 from XEROX STAE & LOCAL SOLUTIONS who, come to learn also DBA: LDC collection systems, for $105. We have no further details on why the (fraudulent) collection agency is trying to collect and any time we call their phone # we get a recording and then it hangs-up on us. Bottom line, they got our private info somehow and that's a problem!!! It took 2 days to get to the bottom of it and we're still not there. If you get a notice from them, dig deep and good luck!

Review: These LDC Collection Scam Artists put me on a payment plan back in the summer to pay down my surcharges on my license. I made a payment once or twice of $50 as we agreed then I lost my job then scammer [redacted] at [redacted] who works under [redacted] the so-called supervisor said racial comments and laughed the whole time at me like I'm a joke. I called up LDC because I regained a job so I called to make my payment plans again since the last time I spoke to scammer [redacted] he told me O well when you do get a job start making the payments you might have to double up on your payments and I told him fine then come to find out they suspended my license after the agreement and talk we had. This company's practices are unethical, if you set up a payment plan with them they don't follow through with it, they say racial slurs to you and take everything like its a joke, they're unprofessional, and they like to steal extra money from their customers by making them pay a restoration fee twice. I paid the first time the restoration fee which was $100 and made my first payment or two now they're telling me to pay another restoration fee of $100 and make more payments. If these is don't restore my license like they should have in the beginning I'm going to sue them in court, put a big ad about them in the [redacted] since I work for them, then I'm going to put them as a scamming company all over [redacted] and [redacted] since I have well over 5,000 friends, oh and also put a Revdex.com report in once a week.Desired Settlement: Restore my license or receive no money and I still drive and still take you to court. Or deduct $100 from what I owe on surcharges but I won't pay $100 twice for restoration fee for my license.

Have failed to provide explanation of charges. In order to get an explanation I am told you have to sign up for a payment plan.

What am signing up to pay?

I am INDIGENT they fail to provide a waiver form.Desired Settlement: Waive the full debt. It is over 2o years. I am indigent. Release the hold on my driver's license.

Review: Trying to collect on a debt without proof of the law, there is no debt owed. Failed to Cease and Desist after the 1st debt collection company, Surcharge Violation System failed to respond to my request. Remove Judgment and provide proof of debt to me with all laws that are the basis for this accused of debt. Cease and desist contacting me. Also contact my attorney directly with the proof. Violation of the FDCPA.Desired Settlement: Im not a licensed driver in NJ Restore driving privilege, and remove the illegal entry of Judgment with courts

LDC Collection Systems have been trying to collect on an unauthorized parking ticket in the amount of $212 that was issued in error by the [redacted] Parking Authority 2013. I am permanently disabled. LDC Collection Systems have been harassing me. The harassment has contributed to my mental and physical illness. In addition, I do not own a vehicle. The vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver in 2013. There is a police report on file with the [redacted] Police Department.Desired Settlement: I am permanently disabled and unemployed. The ticket(s) totaling $212 was written in error by a reckless and irresponsible worker at the [redacted] Parking Authority. Since the ticket(s) is less than $250, I am asking LDC Collection Systems to write this account off as an unsecured debt.

Review: LDC Collection Systems harassed me for two unpaid parking tickets for a vehicle that no longer exist. The vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver. I am permanently disabled. As a result of the harassment, I suffered a medical illness.Desired Settlement: I'm unemployed. I don't own a vehicle. In addition, I have a documented medical illness. Therefore, I'm requesting compensation for the harassment in the form of cash payment of $212 for my medications. Secondly, I am requesting that LDC Collection Systems stop the harassment and remove Ticket #[redacted] and #[redacted] from my record effective 6/5/2014.

Review: This is a well documented practice on the internet for this company. The issue is that they are trying to collect a traffic violation storage fee from a previous owner of a vehicle. This company needs to be sued and put out of business. I plan to talk with my Attorney General about this issue, and I will proceed to the PA Attorney General as well if necessary.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from the company stating that they have ceased pursuit of this issue and they are not going to attempt to falsely file this on my credit report.
