Review: Consumer be ware [redacted] and his father [redacted] was hired to do roofing and repair work to my home. The new roof was warenteed 5 year and a 25 year warentee on material . Less than two years later the new roof is leaking. I called him several times for repair he made excuses and was told recently I am out of business. I can see why, Apparently his father is still in the area working on side jobs. [redacted] Jr. moved to Florida where i'm sure he is scamming others out of money. Do not leave them alone in your home as thousands of dollars worth of antiques and collectables were missing! They were left alone in the house as I visited my sick mother.Desired Settlement: Tom Larson and or LDI Construction should honor their warentee and or hire someone else to honor their warrantee as they were paid to do the job.

Review: Completely dishonest and will take your money and never build. Gave him cash on 9/9/2013 and as of 4/27/2014, still no roof on my garage. For some reason, he cannot build in PA weather. He will make every excuse under the sun not to build even though he has been paid. If it rains a single drop, he will not build. If the wind blows, he will not build. If it snows a single flake, he will not build. But he will deer hunt in that weather. He whines that the amount of cash wasn't enough even though he is the one that chose that amount. He whines that I owe him for travel and expenses. Yet he forgot to put that in the contract. He tells me that he needs a down payment because the cost of metal is going up, no metal has showed up at my property. He tells me again that metal is going to show up, it never does. He tells me he will mail me my cash, never have seen a dime from him. Absolute liar and a thief !! We will be in court soon.Desired Settlement: Give me my $3000.00 back so that I can give it to someone that wants the work.
